Absolutely the worst pharmacy by far. We are forced to utilize them because our ALF requires the “bingo cards “. They send multiple medication‘s incorrectly and bill over and over and over again for multiple medications that are incorrect.

if i could give -5 i would. they do NOT care about the residents they serve. do not pay attention to doctors orders or family members. there is no way to get in touch with manager when a problem. wrote to the email online and it came back to me. i hope someone reads this and reaches out tome.i have already been in touch with the State and filed a complaint. was told that the meds to be stopped will not go to the alf on december 29 shipment. well they still went. this could potentially put my 97 yo mother in hospital with chf and kidney dysfunction.

Fraud. Parent left ALF months ago, and we told guardian pharmacy several times to STOP filling the prescription. Guardian pharmacy keeps sending pills to the ALF and billing us. Then we have to wait for the ALF to tell Guardian to stop filling our prescription. Even the hospital keeps sending it to Guardian despite telling them a different retail pharmacy. Then the ALF wants us to pick up the life threatening prescription from the ALF. Now, insurance company will NOT pay for prescription from a regular pharmacy. The Guardian pharmacist is keeping the prescriptions hostage. We can’t get life threatening medicine. The retail pharmacist and family spent two hours begging for parent prescriptions transferred. They still won’t transfer the prescription. They billing us for medication that we never received, sitting at the ALF.

Only gave one star as negative not available.Total ripoff!! There are partners with several Assisted living and have it rigged so that if you do not use them, the ALF charges $150/month even if you have it delivered to them predosed the same way.
Getting billed for numerous Rx's refilled after only 21 days to tune of additional $500+ monthly.
Best scam they have?? They are shorting rx's by 2 days each month. DR's prescribe 30 days so you get 12 rx's a year. They deliver only 28 days so that they get a 13th rx each year.
Next step is Reporting this to the State for investigation. If people face jail for stealing 1 opiod, imagine these guys??

They overcharge each month for my Dad's medication. The first month they charged him 900 dollars!!!! Second month 300 they are charging multiple times for the same medication. I have to call every single month to have them correct it. What crooks this is unacceptable to do this to the elderly.

I live at Courtyard Gardens of Jupiter. And they deliver medicine here. Also they have very smart people who work in customer service. I know this I was having some problems with my insurance.And the help me out with it. Thank You. Sincerely Marty Thomson

Guardian Pharmacy had been trying to collect payment on medications that were not ordered and returned to them 3 months ago. When I called they told me that this was an oversight.

I am a nursing director at an assisted living building. Guardian has been fantastic to work with. They provide not only most of our medications, but they also provide education, oversight and consultations to the staff. They are truly part of our team. They want to see everyone succeed and have what they need. We recently had our bi-annual state survey and they even came to our building during survey just to see if we needed help with anything. In all of my assisted living career, I have never seen a pharmacy do that!! Thank you so much!!!

This pharmacy offers fantastic service for my relative in an assisted living facility. Medications are always delivered on time. Last minute changes have never been an issue, and automated billing was easy to set up. Great customer service!
