Their pen needles are cheaply made. In China. Break or bend easily. Just ok Cheaper than others they do the job but you get what you pay for

My pressure monitor stopped working and I called for a replacement. I have to ship the old one before it can be replaced. Upon reading the reviews I opted not to send the old one because it will be costly and I don't know what the result will be.
