My husband and I recently ordered an item online that was delivered to the Deerfield Beach Home Depot. We needed it in a timely manner as we were completing a renovation in our home and the contractor was midway through the project. Unfortunately, the item we received was not what we ordered (wrong). However, the customer service associates, Thelma and Tiffany, were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to investigate the issue on our behalf, communicated with Home Depot's phone customer service, and successfully helped us secure a credit for the inconvenience. They assisted with correcting the problem and now our project is complete. Our experience with Deerfield Beach Home Depot has always been positive, and we truly appreciate the outstanding service from their associates.

It’s rare you find people that go out of their way to help and with a smile. I had to get some lumber cut and not only did I get precision cuts but I got a great customer service experience. John Gelveles in Lumber is an absolute diamond.

And now they accept wireless payments!!
I believe they might be the only store left without this feature. It would be much more convenient if they updated their payment system to accommodate contactless payments.

Waited 30 minutes for paint department representative, asked customer service to page someone.
They keep paying, no one shows up for 30 minutes now. So I had to leave. Not sure if anyone will show up.
Very bad customer service .
