Brian in the paint department at Home Depot in Deerfield is amazing!!! I brought in a wooden step from my boat that needs restained and varnished. He helped me pick the right color and product and gave me a bunch of info on how to properly complete the job. What a fantastic guy & employee. I’ll be back to your store for all things home related…eventhough Lowes is closer to my house! Thank you Brian!!!

Home Depot is exceptional! They have everything you need for any home project, big or small. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to assist. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate. It's my go-to for all my home improvement needs. Highly recommend!

Lazy people work here. You can't get help no one wants to help. Seems like everybody at home Depot is there for themselves not to be of service to the customer. Why work in sales if you don't want to be bothered

The employee by name of Tyriq a black male with long hair, acting as a terrorist behind the counter's of Home Depot. Tariq attacks women. Home Depot should verify the legality and origin of this creature. Home Depot is NOT a safe place to shop. The type of employees Home Depot has working these days are not worth the trip or leaving them a meal ticket.

I went to Home Depot and purchased molding for my bathroom. When my husband and I went to Check out the cashier probably in her 50s I’m in my 70s went on to complain to me about at least a half a dozen ailments that she had and why she couldn’t ring me up. The cashier overseeing all the cashiers was kind enough to apologize and take care of us she was very sweet and very professional. My advice don’t go to this Home Depot or the one on copans
road use the one in Boca it’s much better

I use to think and tell all my friends and clients that this location is one of the best HD in SoUth Florida, it has changed now. I’m an electrical contractor and I’m here almost everyday sometimes twice a day and I was amazed how people were so friendly and always willing to help, I came from Louisiana the costumer service up there is horrible, people will hide to avoid helping consumers.. anyway, I know everyone that works in the electrical department and they are always ready to work, I mean except for a lady called Tory, I’ve had three consecutive situations where I need something that was on the high shelves and she said that the item was out of stock even after scanning the bar code and SKU number and their app showed 100+ in stock she would insist that it was out of stock. I had to find the box and call her to grab and even then she was rude. Two of my employees reported having bad experiences with this lady.

The place is good, but I have to tell you, be careful that I go to that place a lot and several times they have tried to rob me from the ATMs, check the change carefully, always try to steal a few dollars! Next time I will tell the name of the employee who tries to rob me again! I hope the employees who do it know that they will be exposed!

Home Depot replaced all our doors and windows which cost us $50K+.
This is the company you want to avoid! ?
For such a price tag we received very poor service.
The installation took about 8 months!!!! from the beginning to the end.
They incorrectly measured our windows which they had to reorder. That delayed the project completion by 2 months after they installed the rest of the windows. The project manager never visited the site resulting in many miscommunication. She coordinated the project very poorly. Although we had in the contract to remove the accordion shutters they insisted to not remove them. They had to be reminded after a number of phone calls. After many phone calls they realized that they'd have to honor the contract. They promised the screw holes would be patched after the removal. It took us iterations to have them patched (they did a poor job on that as well).
One of the windows was crookedly installed although it was structurally sound.
3 of the 24 windows didn't open and close easily.
Our home turned into a construction site with dust and debris for two weeks. It took us two weeks to get rid of the dust. We had to go through the same ordeal when the back ordered window was installed after a two-month delay.
I don't have anything good to say about the home depot team. ??

I confess that I expected much more than what I found. It's not a pretty or attractive store, but I believe it should meet customers' needs well as it was quite crowded.

I am sad to have to write this review… I really thought customer service was priority these days but apparently it is not at this location. Monica, the “manager” needs a lesson in customer service. If in fact the policies and procedures she says are in effect, then Home Depot, you need to do better. We were at the Delray Beach store and a product was $305. We did not purchase it, but went to our store closest to our house. At that store, the product was $419. We spoke to Monica about the discrepancy, she said there’s nothing she could do about it if we didn’t like it, purchase the item at her Deerfield store, take it back to the Delray Beach store, and then re-purchase it at the DelRay beach store!. Her suggestion is totally ludicrous. My husband and I proceeded to call customer service, which got us absolutely nowhere. First of all, they told us that we were not allowed to do what Monica had instructed. Then they said they would match any product for any other retail store, Walmart, etc., except their own stores. The only positive was an employee named Larry Who is kind, and tried to resolve the issue. He should be commended. The issue was not resolved, this store lacks appropriate management and customer service, at least during the hours we were there. Both my husband and I are in the customer service industry & Value and respect The same. It’s a shame when corporate does not and takes the side of its inadequate employees.
