“Figure I would share my review. In June,,, after a afternoon thunder storm,,,,a tree fell on my house taking off a portion of my roof. Really, a mess. This is my first claim in 11 years with them. As soon as I called, they sent rapid response out to get tree off my house and tarp it. Awesome response... their adjusters came out soon after, and submitted damages... very nice adjusters. Now remember, keep in mind,, everything is depreciated, (even bath towels) lol. All insurance companies do that. Desk adjusters are hard to get in touch with, but after 6 weeks of nail biting for me, they paid enough for me to get damages repaired. Fair .. although, I am doing all the painting ? myself. It worked out for me, and I have friends in construction industry so got great prices. I will renew policy with them if they give me a better rate now with new roof on”
