I was treated like a number, not a long term client. My initial IRS payment was double the amount due, I had to walk through my return and help the agent identify two major errors that reduced my amount due by $6K, almost 50%. That was after waiting through a 40 minute delay for my appointment. I was passed between multiple agents and the last one seemed so overworked, he was put in an unfair situation, but his initial return summary was way off and I spent about a half hr correcting the return with him, very frustrating experience.

We do our taxes here every year and use Linda as our tax advisor. She has helped us so much and is very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend this place to do your taxes!

Very confident with Patricia always does a great job very personable don't have any doubts about her just not happy with the pricing that H&R charges to get my taxes done every year it seems that they're charging more and more hopefully they'll be considerate in the future I shouldn't have to ask for a discount after being a regular customer for a long time

Absolutely awful experience from the start. Linda Levine had zero communication skills, and when it came to having an actual issue with my taxes she was zero help. I got a notice my banking info was incorrect. When I asked about this, she insisted everything was right. I looked through what she has filed. I see a 2022 form with unknown banking information submitted. I had no idea where it was from since I did not file with H&R in 2022, and the bank info was not mine. I again brought this to her attention only to be told everything was fine and that there were no errors. I spoke with her supervisor Blanca as well to express my concerns and the lack of communication I was receiving, yet she also insisted nothing was wrong and that all my information was correct.I then get a notice from the IRS that it was deposited into an account, but I had not received it. I reached out to another tax pro to try to get some answers, as I PAID for the refund transfer. They contacted Linda's supervisor Blanca, who was even more unhelpful. She LIED in an email to the professional, not realizing I was also CC'd in the conversation, who contacted her saying the IRS flipped my refund to a check and that they had mailed it out. This was NOT the case, as it was later that I received a check, but from H&R Block for my Federal amount. My bank had to jump through a few hoops to even get that cashed, as there was a hold from the account it was issued from.I am now having to track down my State refund, as it is unknown where or how it was sent. Blanca refused to further investigate the errors or issues I experienced with Linda. Additionally after stating she would give me a "refund" for what I paid to have help from a tax pro and have my funds electronically transferred, she stopped replying all together. I have still yet to receive that refund either.This whole experience was either a result of neglect or malice - in any case it needs be investigated and looked into. Errors like this need accountability, especially when it comes to someone's taxes
