So far I have a good experience as a first timer at this salon. What I like is it’s very clean. No massage while your nails are drying but I careless. The tech was careful, very nice and cooperative to my request. Price is reasonable.

I just came from this salon. This was my first time. My appointment was for a powder manicure and a pedicure. A young guy was going to do my nails. I told him straight away that I wasn't having a pedicure he already had an attitude and once I said that we were often running.
He began by taking off a previous powdered dip. He was rough and careless. I decided to go with a regular manicure and that's when the fun started. He cut two of my cuticles to the quick. Shoved my hands away roughly. And I paid for the pleasure. Only because I didn't want to make a scene. Which I had every right to do this was a sad commentary on our times. I will never set foot in that salon again and I will tell all my friends I live in a large senior community and plan to tell everyone and post it

Horrible attitudes. Beware of the fake prices they give u over the phone. Once u get there , they Jack it up $35 more than what they originally told u. They treat u like you’re a burden to them. Zero respect.
Treat you like trash and obviously don’t want ur biz. They were complaining nonstop and have lack of polish/ colors and do a sloppy job. Steer clear!

The website and the door list hours of operation until 7:30 pm Monday through Saturday. As I was walking in at 6:30 pm on a Monday two workers were leaving. They said that the salon was closed and for me to make an appointment.

I've been getting my nails done here for years. The owner is so sweet! Everyone there is hardworking,nice and attentive. They always make sure I love my nails before I leave. The place is clean and it is usually fairly easy to get an appointment.

I do not recommend coming here! if I can give them a zero review I would! They had me waiting for a long time to do my nails and eyebrows and they did a horrible job on my nails they were really fat and square. They always have an attitude and never want to help. Why would I wait an hour to just to do my eyebrows !!!!!!?

By far the best nail salon in Deerfield. The techs take care of your nails Other places I went to file and weaken your nails so you always have to put acrylic all the time. Not here. Polish is good, doesn't peel off. I've been going there since August of last year. Every experience was great.

This is a Horrible place. Please do yourself a favor and Don’t make an appointment at this establishment. Staff is very rude and when you walk in they make you feel very uncomfortable like you are bothering them. They are not welcoming at all.
