  J. Crew Factory in Deerfield has become my favorite store! The selection, quality, and value is incredible. The managers really need to develop a course for hiring and training… every employee is professional, helpful, and kind! Truly a great experience every shopping trip! Thanks J. Crew and team!

  Really glad J.Crew Factory opened in Deerfield. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and they had a great selection with plenty of sizes which isn’t always the case for me. Store was clean well organized and made shopping easy I’ll definitely be coming back.
