I’ve never had an experience dealing with such a terrible, incompetent service. God forbid you need an emergency roadside assistance-you may as well forget about it. We had waited for over 4 hrs in a 23 degrees weather outside just for me to call them again and find out they haven’t even displaced the tow truck because there hasn’t been a payment made. There would have been a payment should they ever sent the link which they didn’t. The manager was just as incompetent, repeating an unrelated information over and over, not even apologizing for this extreme inconvenience they have caused. Very frustrating experience and I’ll never deal with them again.

Another negative review here, this is a scamming company to deal with. Had them for gap insurance and they aren't covering the gap amount. I will still owe on my vehicle absolutely horrible company to have gap coverage with. There's a special place for people like this, Karma will come around.

These people sell contracts for extended warranties.Here is an opinion,with some proof.
I bought this from Hanania Audi on the Westside and while it pertains to the insurance company
do not expect help from Hanania or any other car company when canceling this gas light contract.
Biggest liars that ever sold a repair contract.I have been told they sent a check on 2 different occasions,neither which I have received.I see by the complaints I am not the only one whose check has been sent and never received,Then of course it is thirty days until they send another all this time your refund is getting smaller due to the date. I suggest all go to the insurance commissioner in your particular state or we all file a class action suit . This company is probably the worst and fallacious

Horrible, horrible, horrible company. Very rude customer service agents that would not even look into my inquiry. Then sent me to another department who were also rude and told me I had to email the warranty cancelation department. I email them and almost a month later did not hear back from them after sending them multiple emails to ask if they could just verify that they even received my inquiry. So I called back again a representative in the cancelation department asked me for my contact number. Gave it to her and she told me, Oh, you're not getting a refund. I said that would have been real nice to know months ago when I asked in the first place when nobody could give me any kind of information. And in fact, they blamed it on the car dealership. Which by the way is sun toyota in new port richey florida and are also horrible to work with.

I bought a Nissan from Michael Jordan with understanding I had gap insurance. After a while my wife got hit by driver who ran stop sign. Then found out credit manager forgot to add gap insurance as he claimed they were very swamped that day. Now my credit score has gone bad so thinking about getting a lawyer. Malcolm chamberlain

Worst insurance ever they didn't want to help me with my claim , I purchased a gap insurance for a reason now they didn't want to pay off my car . Stupid
Now I am asking for refund and they don't reply my emails or call me back after leaving voice mail
DON'T GET GAP INSURANCE FROM HERE!!!!!

Judging by the reviews, maybe I got extremely lucky. Jamie was my rep throughout the gap process. Very quick to respond via email, kept me updated, and was paid out within 2 weeks. Thank you!

These guys like to lie, deceive, gaslight, and manipulate you when trying to file a gap claim. They will under no circumstance show good faith and frankly they don't care at all about it. Caught these guys in lie after lie and the dealership is in on it as well. I paid insurance premiums on a policy that did not exist, because when it came time to get the coverage I paid for the coverage was not there. Im gonna file a complaint to the insurance commissioner in hopes justice is served to these weasels.

They do not pay any gap in the difference on pay off after insurance pays. I feel it is a big scam. They are not up front and the dealerships that sales there product must be getting a kick back. My opion only

I have been trying to get my gap insurance refund for over 2 months. The first time they sent it to me using my middle and last name, so it was sent back to them. The second go around I've been waiting for 3 weeks for the check to arrive in the mail. Very disappointed in this company. If this continues unfortunately, I'll be forced to take legal action which is not something I want to do. All I want is my refund of $830 it shouldn't be this much of a headache.

Recently, I wrote a review about the company because I didn’t receive my check. Well I’m back to rewrite and my apologies to the company because it wasn’t their fault. It was the male services at the office where I live so overall the company was great about sending out my checkand every time I call customer service was very professional and made me feel like I am human lol because I did not have to talk to a machine. I spoke directly with a person and each time they made me feel comfortable thank you. I appreciate your service.

Awful company to work with. I had my car in the shop for SEVEN (7) weeks as the JMA group argued with the mechanic on how to fix the car; of course, the JMA group wouldn't pay for the correct fix, so I got a band-aid. One of their reps told me to make sure and send in ALL the rideshare and car rental receipts because there were several "extensions" on the part of JMA group. I sent in at least $1500 in recipes I get reimbursed less than $500. This is after I sent in all the receipts, waited six weeks, and called back to find out that the receipts were not sufficient; they need evidence that the money actually came out of my account...because my friends would have paid for it, maybe? It is extremely difficult to work with, so find a different company.
