When you get there, you definitely have to meet Greg !! The guy is a legend. Great service, the met the returning date, the result was awesome. I got my car like a brand new one. I hope don’t need to be back there 🙏🏻 lol … but if something happens, definitely will call Greg and give him my car with no doubts at all.

I have to say one of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced. Javier who claims to be just the front counter person then says he’s the owner. He is very rude belligerent but when the police arrived, he pretended to be a nice guy. I paid $3200 to have work done on a vehicle which I damaged the back bumper paint is mismatch paint the bumper is not aligned correctly and after we had to have a situation, then he wanted to try to fix it. I do not trust him. Maaco should really take a look at this man to see if he’s worth being in the franchise. If he is the owner, he gave me a bumper that was so called painted with scratches in it and at delivery says well maybe somebody scratched it . We paid to have a back bumper, replaced a rear hatch replaced in all of it being painted the back bumper was clearly not painted. It was a used bumper and he tried to match the color up, which he had failed how he would deliver a car like this is beyond any understanding and try to give excuses after excuse and tried to sell me and sideline me and that’s not what we paid for the pictures will speak for themselves. If he is in fact, the business owner or part of the business ownership, he is the worst businessman ever do not use them as long as he’s there.
I had another pending job which I’ve canceled. I am calling my credit card company and I am contacting my attorney. And also calling the television stations to get some press release on this. This is how bad this situation is. I wish I had the telephone recordings and how rude and belligerent. He was on the phone and how he hung up on me and the gentleman who I was having a car fixed for five times . When I walked in the door and I told him who I was, he shook his head, put his hand in the air and he goes. Oh not this crap again This is how bad the situation got and I have all the video to recordings to prove it so please feel free to give me a call or send me an email anytime and I will prove the worst And most unprofessional possible
NEVER USE THEM JAVIER IS A LIAR. He hung up the phone on me four times and the gentleman that I had to bring the car in for for which I damaged all he was concerned about was the payment still very emotionally upset at the way he handled it and totally betrayed.

The team is very friendly and will make any accommodations if needed. They go far and beyond to get you what you need and to better service you. They worked in a timely manner and if anything was pushed back such as ordering parts on incomplete service, they would call and communicate that issue with you. The communication was excellent and I didn't need to keep calling and staying on top of them because they made sure they did that for me. I couldn't be anymore pleased.

I was a bit disappointed with 3 locations on the car that with a little bit of surface sanding would have made this job over the top. According to the Maaco website the package that I chose stayed light sanding not body work was part of the package I selected. See photos
