I went to exchange a purchase I made two days ago, I paid for on my debit card because I forgot my gift card. I kept the receipts and tags, but I was informed that despite the return policy and the fact I would be walking out with the same items paid for, would not recieve the money back on my card because I had the sweater on. There is no reason this should be an issue.

This afternoon, I visited your store with my three kids to shop for beauty items and clothing. While there, we needed to use the restroom, and I was absolutely appalled by the state of your facilities. I’m not one to expect perfection, but what I encountered went far beyond reasonable expectations. It’s unacceptable to offer customers such a neglected and unhygienic environment. This issue urgently needs to be addressed by management.
The restroom was in an appalling condition: the tiles were filthy, the toilet was unsanitary, the sink was literally falling apart, and even the toilet paper holder was broken. It’s disheartening to see a store that prides itself on value and customer satisfaction allow a space in its premises to deteriorate to such an extent. I took videos to document the state of the facilities, and I sincerely hope this matter is treated with the seriousness it deserves.

They are very bad with their customer service, especially the afternoon manager, she is very rude and never smiles. I don't know her name. She has dark skin and it's not because I don't respect ethnic people, but because she was very bad to me and I don't know how to make it clear that it was her. My clothes were small, I tried them on and they were very small. I stained them with makeup and she said that I should use it. I am not a person who returns used things. I shop at that store up to 3 times a week and it bothered me the way they treated the situation

Marshalls is my favorite place to find amazing deals! I recently went on a shopping spree, and as usual, I found a ton of great items at unbeatable prices. Whether it's clothes, home décor, or shoes, they always have a wide selection of high-quality products. The store is well-organized, and the staff are always friendly and ready to help if you need anything. If you're hunting for great brands at discounted prices, Marshalls is definitely the place to go!

They definitely need to fix their restroom! One is out of order and the other one is so disgusting, unfortunately my 12 year old had to used and I almost passed out with the urine smell! Can’t believe they can’t hire someone to fix or at least clean the only restroom in the store!
