This company hounded me by calling several times to fill my test strips and provide me with a new meter. They told me I would receive them by the time my current supply was depleted.

This company hounded me by calling several times to fill my test strips and provide me with a new meter. They told me I would receive them by the time my current supply was depleted.
Friday late afternoon, the wrong supplies arrived after customer service was gone. The answering service said a pharmacist would call me back within 30 minutes. No call.
Monday mid-morning I called to see if they could return the wrong supplies and rush new ones or at LEAST cancel my order so that I would be allowed to fill the proper order at my local pharmacy. The representative, Sharita, said she would know within the hour what could be done and call me. Five hours later -No Call! Now it is after 5pm. Another person answering the phone tells me 'they are out of my supplies, so there is no way they could get a rush order to me anyway and btw they don't do rush orders. ALSO, the accounting person is gone for the day and you will have to call back tomorrow to see if she can cancel my order so that I can go to my local pharmacy'.
I am diabetic and without glucose test strips due to this company's gross negligence! They are not fit to ship PAPER LET ALONE MEDICAL SUPPLIES. Thanks for the dangerous inconvenience and causing my blood sugar to go unmonitored.

I am not sure how I got mixed up with this company for a pain relieving cream. The first shipment came in pump bottles that did not pump. The next two orders came in screw top containers that leaked all over the place. The real question here is who is paying for all this medicine I had to throw out??? If they call you, RUN!!!
