I was at this store today the manager was rude his tone of voice was offensive. They were all unwilling to help...lazy!!! TThe girl was telling me my password was wrong and the 888 # I called said it was right the help lie told me the store could of helped me unlock my phone the other man working there that day also came on with an attitude he was not even involved but was rude and jumped into a conversation that s none of his business phone and the other man jumped into a conversation that was none of his business.Dont Go There !!!!!was n

After being a 10 year customer of metro PC SI never received worst customer service. Then I did at this store. Bruce and his co-worker we're so uncooperative. Unprofessional, unhelpful.

Went to this store today at about 500 pm. Waited for the gentleman to get done with a customer, he asked what we wanted to do and we wanted to switch from T-Mobile to Metro and he goes oh will you want new numbers and we said no we want to bring our numbers to Metro and he proceeded to say that T-Mobile would not let that happen that you can't transfer from T-Mobile to Metro it's the same company. I called another store in Margate and they said that that was not true you can transfer numbers from T-Mobile to Metro The guy was lazy and didn't want to do it bottom line never will I go there again
