Been going to this store since the day they opened. Always had good experience with the staff. They are very knowledgeable. I was there a week ago. Purchased a phone and tempered glass screen. Screen shattered in 3 days!! Horrible quality and they have the nerve to charge $25.00 for the screens. Went back today which is 8 days. Owner Jeff gets nasty with me and says I dropped the phone!! I did not.Wants me to pay him $5.00 more for a screen. These screens are garbage!!! They are flimsy. I paid enough. They are ripping people off!! Screen should not be that price.I have filed a report with Metro Customer Service. They said they should have refunded my money!! Go somewhere else. I will never go there again!!!!

Deborah is EXCEPTIONAL. She is very knowledgeable. She has helped us with our phones and service before. Once again, she helped upgrade our phone to accommodate the Ring camera service. She was AMAZING ?.Deborah is an asset to this Metro store. Thank you ?

Thank God for Ashley and another rep at this location for helping to port my number from the devil AT&T! I was so frustrated after a week of back and forth from AT&T trying to save my # and Ashley assisted me with patience and grace. I spent almost three hours at the store and everyone there was helpful. Not to mention I got a really inexpensive unlimited plan that I'm sure will be better than my previous experience. THANK YOU METRO BY TMOBILE ON HILLSBORO!!

Last time I went to pay the $60 for my warranty to replace a damaged phone they told me they couldn't take the payment that I needed to contact assurant to make sure the email I got from them was legit and that they don't take the payments that I was supposed to make the payment straight through assurant, not them, and assurant telling me that I paid at metro. So i called other metro stores and they all said they could help me and that the metro in Deerfield mall either didn't know how to do it or just didn't want to do it because all metros are supposed to do it. I ended up going to one further away in margate for help and they were very helpful.Also everytime I get screen protectors they put them on wrong. Picture below of how they put on a screen protector that don't even fit.

I bought a I phone XR the week of New Year’s on Tuesday (thinking it was brand new)within a hour of buying it the phone kept freezing wouldn’t work speed up the story this store had another (not brand new phone) be delivered to the store for me to pick up which came in almost a month later and since I’ve had this “New” phone I’m having problems with it as well I went to a corporate store again just for them to tell me call customer service and to go to the apple store and that this store is not corporate so the new iPhone I thought I was buying wasn’t new at all!!, This is ridiculous what I have experienced first no phone on the holidays then the wait time now another issue with a new phone and still no one is helping me I never had a problem with Metro out of all the time I have been with them but not only is this an issue it isn’t being resolved, I will be posting this everywhere until something is done this is wrong on your end .
