Josephine is 5 star on a scale of 1 to 5. Flora is a negative number. Flora is not a friendly soul. She was not knowledgable about banking and the law reagarding Power of Attorney.I went to this branch on 5 occasions. Josephine was wonderful. Every time I had to deal with Flora itwas a nightmare. Joephine was wonderful, but the three times I dealt with Flora, Flora forced me to go to other branches because she was inept in her position...Her ineptness nearly cost me $14k a month for my mother's healthcare.Because she is uneducated on how to be nice, and not to be so derogatory, and how to help a client that is apparently smarter and more knowledgable, and has the legal documents, she forced me to go to another branch, get the printout I requested, that she would NOT do, and close an account for my dying mother with a notarized letter from my mother.Flora needs to be removed....her superior attitude is disgusting and it shows in her efficiency and customer service, both of which are non-existent.

I HIGHLY ADVISE anyone that needs there money handled for personal or business purposes to STAY AWAY from this bank. I have been trying to work with them for over 6 years and I’m at my wits end. I’m in the process of working with another bank to get things sorted out but in the meantime it’s like I’m stuck with toddlers in there terrible 2’s stage just completely ignorant on every and all banking matters, rude and unethical. I can name a few things that they have done to me that would raise many red flags such as signing me up for my first day years back taking 3 to 4 hours, losing my card for an entire month and that’s just naming a few things. Today I asked if they knew how to link accounts and the lady was so rude she told me she never heard of that.

The president Josephine Smith is so personally kind understanding and always helpful. She is never in a rush always patient for all your banking needs. The whole bank is so friendly smiling all the time and so welcoming. Barbara , Rachel, and the teller floater who looks like the movie star Bradley Cooper always greets you with a smile and will help in any way for your bank needs. Several other tellers are great too always willing to give guidance with a smile and are patient always. Banking is a pleasure with a community bank they always make you feel so important young or old rich or regular you are treated the same. To me that is so important because I am a regular like so many of us just day to day banking needs but they make it fun and pleasant always. I have been banking at the Deerfield Beach location since it was a Glendale federal savings and loan. Originally, when the interest rates were high, it was the highest interest rate you could find on a money market account. Through the years that changed and it wasn't until recently that the interest rates have become competitive and surpassed some of the highest out there. The manager, Josephine , is a wonderful person, highly intelligent and very approachable. She has helped my on numerous occasions as well as head teller Barbara, who always alerts me to new programs and offers to maximize my interest and make me a happy customer. So I have stuck with the bank thru the highs and lows and I can say right now that this is the bank to invest in, the personnel are wonderful and they now have one of it not the best interest rates around.

Miserable customer service.made a $440.00 atm withdraweral but the machine kept my money. Was a weekend and was told would get a call mon Morning is evening and still no call.and still no money.real sweet.
