We needed it in a timely manner as we were completing a renovation in our home and the contractor was midway through the project. Unfortunately, the item we received was not what we ordered (wrong). However, the customer service associates, Thelma and Tiffany, were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to investigate the issue on our behalf, communicated with Home Depot's phone customer service, and successfully helped us secure a credit for the inconvenience. They assisted with correcting the problem and now our project is complete.
