One Price Eco Cleaners is a well-regarded cleaning service known for its excellent quality and friendly staff. Many customers have used their services for years, praising the team's ability to remember individual preferences and provide personalized service. The cleaners consistently deliver neat and clean clothes, often ready for pick-up a day earlier than promised. The business features a drive-up window for convenience, though some customers have not utilized it. Communication is highlighted as a strong point, with text messages sent to notify customers when their clothes are ready. The turnaround time is quick, with many items ready within 24 hours. Staff members, particularly those who provide customer service in the afternoon, are recognized for their warm greetings and positive attitudes. However, there are some concerns regarding the morning staff, who have received complaints about rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Customers recommend visiting the cleaners after noon to ensure a better experience, especially when interacting with long-term staff members who are known for their exceptional service. Overall, One Price Eco Cleaners is highly recommended for its quality cleaning and attentive customer care.
