I never write reviews but for cameron i got to, he was one of the most kindest helpful and most resourceful staff member i have ever met, he helped me find everything i need while also giving me amazing information. Cameron is amazing!

Stop greeting me super loudly when I walk in! I know why you're doing it. Not to be friendly but to announce you know I walked in and then send your employees to watch everyone that is inside. It's annoying. Certain people, introverts, don't want to be greeted loudly across the store!

Thank you Eric for your help as I walked into the store! You offer great customer service and was very thoughtful. I had to return a carrier that was way too small for my bunny, and I came to this location, which he offered me a better carrier that fits perfectly for my bunny to visit the vet soon ! ❤️

Great customer service from the shift manager, Eric. From the moment you walk in he greets you and I always feel welcome when he is there. Today was my second interaction with him and he explained so thoroughly everything I didn’t even know I needed to know! I’ve never gotten that one-on-one service in any other pet store and I definitely felt like a valued customer. I will definitely return just because of him. Glad he is a manager, as his level of expertise and service is 5 stars!

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Eric. He was super knowledgeable regarding dog food and provided multiple options for different prices. It was the first time I’ve ever been helped so well.
