There was an issue with the 3rd party delivery service that was bringing my dog food order to my house. The manager at the Petco store was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue.

The worst. The doctor Dr. Luis Kishon wanted to charge us $700 and said he would send us to a cheap animal hospital. He was VERY NASTY. VERY. Rude. He didn’t want to give us medication for the puppy. I will be reporting this man to the medical board. He is the worst. Please don’t see this man. He is only out for money. Real piece of work. Do not let this man near your animals.He was very racist with my family because of our color. Will file a report.

Love this store. Too bad Petco now wants to charge you 10cents for a bag...really. Maybe customers just need to keep the hand baskets and use them when coming to the store. They would be nice to use for other stores also....Free bags for products bought at Petco are the price of doing business. Don't even say this has to do with the environment. It is just more money in Petco's hands.

Unfortunately I tried to call back to get some information in receptionist or the person that answered the phone was very unprofessional In articulate Disgusting and should not be answering the phone. Thank goodness you record your phone calls you can go back and find the recordand listen to her nonsense it didn't make any sense at all!!! Honestly I gave you 2 too many stars!!! The doctors were very nice and professionals unfortunately that one phone call ruined everything.

I took my Greyhounds with me so it was raining and I just wanted to get out of the house and I wanted to get the doodle insulated bags and just a brief visit. Petco was very organized store it was very clean the associates for friendly it was a really good experience.

Terrible experience at this Deerfield Beach Petco my older dog has a semi collapsed trachea from birth that makes him breath heavily when outdoors that subsides quickly once indoors. The girl looked at my dog with disgust and skepticism from the moment I walked in. No warning she was negative and rejected him on the spot. Very unprofessional!! NEVER AGAIN

Huge pet store with lots of products for all kinds of animals. I usually come here because they have cat food that other pet stores do not carry. Worth checking out if you need anything pet related.

The employees at this store were very helpful. Brian helped my dog with his anxiety issues and Yarik set us up with petco rewards. Johnathon also helped me with translating Spanish and everyone at this petco was very nice and helpful for everything I needed. Please come to this store for anything pet related.

I love this location ! They seem to care about the fish for a chain store.. I got couple of my fish here and one of them was not a good fit. And with no hesitations I was allowed to return/rehome the fish back to them. If you order online you can save a lot ..

strong pungent odor in store, had to leave, gave me sore throat & headache. Feel horribly for animals inside stuck inhaling it all day. Not very clean kept cages either. Store needs an inspection.

Took my little Maltese for a full grooming, nails and teeth appointment. I checked her in just to receive a phone call 1 hour after I left her that they would not provide the service because my Maltese was having her period and it was against company policy. By that time I was very far and my wife was getting ready to leave her work in the middle of the day to pick up the dog. I managed to go back to the store at the cost of canceling important commitments. When I returned to Petco I graciously accepted some justification behind the cancelled services (arguing the dog would be sensitive in some areas, etc.). Yet, I thought that all waste of time, gas, etc. could have been avoided if her condition had been checked at the time the appointment was set or at check-in the latest. But to add insult to injury, back at home I noticed that they had already started the grooming and then stopped, leaving my little dog with a bad shaved streak on the top of her back! They didn't even mentioned the fact that they had already started and stopped midway when I picked up the dog. Probably hoping I would not notice... (how could I? Look at the attached pictures!). This is not only unprofessional, as it is disrespectful!!! Once again, shame on you. Petco!!! I am disgusted! Whatever happened to service excellence in America???!
