It was very easy and affordable for my needs. Claudia, at the Hillsboro & Powerline location was AMAZING! So sharp, efficient, and friendly. I don't like HAVING TO HAVE insurance, though. I don't know if all storage facilities make you purchase or have insurance but I don't remember having to have it in past rentals. It's an additional $20 per month.

Susie in the office is a very kind and friendly lady. She was very efficient in helping us with our storage rentals. She goes over and above and even helped me install the app and went over how to navigate it. She made the whole process less stressful.
