Went to buy a sandwich. Had to wait a while, although I was the only customer when I arrived at the deli. Finally, when I received my sandwich, it was not the right price.

I've been here about three times and have never had a good experience. Very rude, unhelpful staff. The customers that frequent this location are always just as rude. Very judgemental, too as both groups of people give me dirty looks if I go there wearing crop tops or short shorts. They also wouldn't cash my check because they claimed it wasn't a payroll check & said it needed to say "Pay to the order of Publix" and they turned me away. What? No thanks, I'll travel the extra distance to go to a different location.

I come here everyday the deli place where they make the subs is really bad it's backed up all the time. They're not really busy they're just busy talking and socializing. I hope the manager sees this post and realize people have to go back to work I only have a small lunch hour to get my food and eat it to go they're just talking as if people have all day.
And they always talk over your food while they prepare it with no mask on.
I'm done with this Publix regarding prepare food.

New to the area. This is the closest Publix. Terrible customer service. Employees are rude. Definitely need more money spent in customer service trainings for all employees. Deli manager tonight was decent, wishing us a good night and to see us soon. Other than that Everytime I go here - terrible customer service.

Today I was the 3rd person in line for a sub. The two people in front of me only got one sub each. 20 min later I was still standing there waiting for the girl to take my order. She kept walking away and doing other stuff. Then said she had to refill the veggies that were almost all the way full. There was plenty for her to make my sandwich. Finally when she got to me, half way threw making my sub she stopped to refill olives that did not need to be refilled. I ordered a hot sub that sat for so long it was cold. I should of talked to a manager while I was there but because I was waiting for so long I had to get out of there. By the time it was my turn to order there wasn't anyone behind me. I don't understand why she made me wait even longer then I was to do nothing. Worst experience I ever had at publix. I hope management can get their employees to put customers first . She clearly doesn't like her job. Watch your cameras and you'll see how long I stood there for no reason.

I have been to Publix’s all over Florida and this has to be the nastiest one. Your met with a pungent rotten food smell. Don’t even get me started on the seafood section. Came in for a Pub Sub the deli looked disgusting all the vegetables/toppings looked old I left with a lunchable lmao. I can’t believe Publix allows this place to operated & maintained so poorly.

The only cashier at 9 PM took over 20 minutes with one customer paying with food stamps. The cashier had no consideration whatsoever, helping another of her same kind. The cashier a dark skin woman, she never called for a manager's help, even after seeing the line of customers going to the back of the hallway. I went to Walmart and got everything for 1/2 the price and faster. This Publix is disgusting at all times! Aldys would do better at this location.
