I went to this Quest lab location in Deerfield Beach for a simple blood test on 2/05/25. It's two weeks later, 02/19/25 and still no results. Calling Customer service is futile. . .voicemail will refer you back to their website so you can communicate with a chat bot. . .never again !

The staff were extremely friendly and competent, no complaints there whatsoever. However, even with an appointment I had to wait over 20 minutes to get called to go back, which is completely unacceptable.

zero communication skills on standby waiters. list on tv screen never updated. wait was way too long based on poor information relayed. will never return, there are plenty of better more organized centers.

Tasha was so quick, nice and professional. Had no trouble finding a vein and drawing blood on the first attempt. I was in and out of the office in 10 minutes! Never had such a great experience like this before at Quest in years. Would go back to this location in deerfield beach happily for future testing.

The phlebotomist (Tasha) caused a bruise the size of a half dollar at the draw site!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never in my 78 years have I had this kind of a reaction. Before my appt.(per Quest staff) I drink 2-10 oz.glasses of water so my veins are easy to work with. This time I still have a nasty bruise and it's been a week and I've been using Arnica which usually pretty much clears a bruise within a week's time.!

I took a blood test yesterday and noticed that the material used was not protected in a disposable packaging, it simply worked by pulling the needle straight from the first drawer.
Now I'm here worried. Thinking about sterile or contaminated material. The right thing to do would be to open a new needle in front of the patient. In fact, the method used is very dubious
