Dee went above and beyond educate me on my financial goals. She’s extremely professionally customer service focused! I highly recommend joining this bank.
The teller named Brandon also was customer service focused and represented regions from the very best way.

I should have read all the bad reviews on Regions before becoming their client. They offer me a credit card, I accept and get approved. First transaction gets blocked at a mall. Despite approving the transaction through SMS, card remains unusable. Get on the phone with Regions, placed on hold for hours, get told card is not blocked, but I'm still not able to use the card. Day at the mall goes wasted. Tried using the card again after 2 days, card is still blocked. Get on the phone with Regions, now get told I have to go to a branch to resolve issue. Went to this Regions branch. They inform me card is not blocked. I show them live on my phone doing a transaction that is still getting blocked. Get told to wait for a banker. Hour goes by banker still not available. Another day wasted. Finally ask the branch teller to cancel the credit card. In summary, as the other bad reviews suggest, Regions is clueless about their operational systems in what appears to be a disconnected setup, so if you need help getting an issue resolved, Regions won't be able to figure out why their process does not work.

Ridiculous! Opened an account, recieved a wire transfer, which should be available immediately, and was told that I had to wait 3 or 4 business days for the banks system. My account says AVAILABLE FUNDS but I still can't withdraw. The manager of the bank can't do anything and it's a holiday wind so they're closed on Monday! I'll be closing my account on Tuesday. Only bank I've ever had a problem with!

What a lack of empathy from the teller. She didn't say hello, she didn't say thank you and she was totally irritated because she stopped interacting on her cell phone on social media. With an irritated body language, SHE handed me the receipts I requested from the company I work for. Regions bank waste money with type of employee.

The darker skinned african young man who works here is extremely unprofessional, rude and has a huge attitude as if he hates his job. He’s enough for me to never come in again! Horrible.

The people that work here are extremely unprofessional. Especially the heavy set woman who I believe is the manager, such a dark cloud in that place to mistreat a breastfeeding mother in front of her 1 year old baby knowing how crucial it is for a mother to be under stress and potentially affect a mothers lactation is very cold hearted coming from this woman. She should be ashamed of herself. If I can could leave 0 stars I would she should be fired from this place.
