The store is dodging me. I called 2 nights ago at 7:55 and the agent told me to call in the morning so I did. The person was supposed to call me back and never did. I called today and didn’t get an answer so I called from my other phone and they answered. I told them what I wanted and the hung up. I called back and there’s no answer. I don’t like that and I love RentACenter but this situation is giving bad customer service and it makes me want to go somewhere else. You can call me and we can talk about it. Thank you

Some workers there do not know how to speak to us as customers they raises there voice and you can’t barely finish your sentence tho there are some good workers who work with u and understand when trials face to pay on time

The issue is not with the quality of the bed that I have been leasing to purchase, it is beautiful and sturdy, the issue is with the employees and the customer service. Very single time I have to deal with these individuals , I regret ever having purchased anything from them. Just rude, passive aggressive and extremely patronizing in their dealings and communication. Wish I had names to expose personally but I've had 1 decent phone conversation with these guys. Horrible customer service

I ordered a sofa and loveseat. I had to keep calling to find out about my application. Then I had to keep calling to find out about delivery. I was told 1-3 days then I was told Wednesday. I waited all day and no call. I was told Friday and no call. Finally today is Saturday and I called the store. Scott nonchalantly told me to wait another week cause they have no trucks! What a waste of time!
