Shoping experience was uncomfortable at 11pm. One of the associates was organizing the rack & approached me & told me I shouldn't lift the cloth while I m searching, That i must roll it so I don't disorganized it. I told her I couldn't see it if I don't lift it. She called the security & both were laughing.

Honestly, I never write reviews, because I believe everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt, but this was just plain rude lol. If you work in the service industry and don’t like people, please find another job. I’m coming in to return two things, both of which I have a receipt for, and say “good morning, I have two separate returns” and hear nothing back from the cashier. It’s okay, cool, maybe you’re not a morning person. But, what makes me upset is her getting visibly irritated at me, because the jeans I tried to return didn’t have the Ross tag on them… if it bothers you that much and it’s such a hassle, simply tell me you can’t return them. I don’t mind. It’s you doing your job, but you getting visibly irritated me when I did NOTHING to you. Lol, that’s embarrassing on your part. I ended up getting merchandise credit back and walked straight out, I don’t feel like shopping somewhere where the customer is dismissed and treated like that. She did not say thank you or hope you have a good day, all she said was “your receipt is over there, NEXT”. That shows that you are obviously bothered. I worked customer service for two years and NEVER did I treat someone like that. People have their off days, I get that, but take a break, a breather, don’t take it out on people, you never know what the next person is facing too. Our world is so rude and cruel, that a 5 sec interaction of “good morning” would’ve been sufficient.

This is for Kass the cashier. He was rude. I asked for more information about a promo for 55 or older every Tues deal and he refuse to answer and said next to customer. Shame on him as I wanted to know for my senior facility that I volunteer at in that area. Ross you just lost customers due to a cashier not helping.

Apparently they’ve taken a page out of Walmart and BJs book. Checking bags and receipts at the door. Last night I was stopped by the security and his highlighter. Everyone was stopped. He was about three yards from the register near the exit, WATCHING people check out. But still needed to see my receipt and “count” my items. New policy to be a nuisance I guess..

Run away from this place. You will find a lot of rudeness and total disregard for customers here. There is no manager to complain to. I simply will not go near it again.
