I want to recommend and say thank you to ErinShe was super patient, kind with me ! I got my hair done for somebody else and unfortunately it wasn’t what I wanted and it wasn’t a good job but I came across with Erin she fixed it!!I can tell that she’s super honest aboutWhat she’s able to do or not with your hair, so you can have a good and healthy result!She made my day with her kindness and also because she fix my hair (I was desperate I work as a model lol)Thank you Erin,And thank you Corrine too for helping me !

I came in for a emergency run for hair dye at around 8 and they were gonna close but there was a nice lady that let me in and helped me.

After my horrible experience in the store 3377 I decided to go to my regular store in Hillsboro Blvd because I was not happy and satisfied with my purchase. Veronica as always is amazing!! She is so kind and her knowledge of everything in the store was really helpful.

The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. I went with my cousin who was looking for hair dye. I don't think the employee knew we were together but she followed my baby cousin around like she was going to steal something. They literally do this all the time. Any time I've been there. It sucks because it's obvious that there is so much theft in this plaza but I'm sure there bedside manner could improve. There's a way to ask if a person needs help, that deters theft. Cameras... Deter theft. Screamers also deter theft.

It's rare that I find proper hair care items in Sally's for the style I like to do as an urban woman. I was shocked and surprised when I was able to get weave sewing needles from Sally's. They even have track hair now! Still more improvement should be made with the track hair because its stupid silky and the ones that are not may still be too silky.

I went to Sally beauty today 1/24/2021 I made a purchase and had to carry my payed products in my hand because they wanted to charge me .50 for a paper bag cause they no longer carry plastic I don't understand who charge a customer for a bag for product they purchase it was very sad and I want be returning back I had to walk out the store with my products in hand the address is 3904 w Hillsboro Blvd Deerfield bch fla 33442 just lost a good customer

Very bad service from the moment you enter they make you feel like you are going to steal. I was with my son and the saleswoman began to scold him in my presence saying that he would not touch anything when my son was next to me playing with his phone. If you have doubts about the clients that we enter, you should put a front desk where you request the products you are looking for, not to treat clients badly.

I went to this Sally Beauty store on Hillsboro and the blonde lady with a russian accent at the cashier was so rude. Apparently she doesn't know how to treat people. I understand the switch to paper bag and the charge of it, but with her attitude I wanted to leave my products there and just leave the store. I usually go to the West Boca location by Target and I never had this kind of issue! Bad bad bad attitude!

Never have I ever been treated like a thief, the older “mature” woman was watching me literally no shame, at the end of the aisle arms crossed as if I went over my time to shop. She’s rude and spoke Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand her, (I am fluent in Spanish) from the moment I asked her help with a product she had a nasty attitude. It’s not the first time either. ( I understand people have bad days we’re human.) She’s really nice to her Spanish speaking clients though. This place doesn’t always have what I need either. Finding a different beauty supply store. ✌?

I needed haircolor to fix a mistake made on my hair by a hairdresser here in Florida. I just moved from New York and really didn't know anyone who worked in the hair industry. I walked in explained my situation to Anna and she could not have been more helpful! Amazing, very patient, very knowledgeable and I couldn't be more pleased with the service! Thank you

the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Employee hung up the phone 3 times consecutively when I called to check if a particular product was in stock. I went in store and same employee denied this happening and was rude. didn’t even buy the product after all this.
