NOT properly climate controlled since new management came in August 2023. It used to be 74 degs +/- and 47-52% humidity inside. Now, new management raised the thermostats to 78 degs which lets humidity climb into the upper 60s to 70s. Mold and mildew ranges that are not good for fabrics, furniture and bedding.. I’ve run a recording thermometer / hygrometer since day one and it was very consistent before August.New manager says corp made them raise thermometer to 78 and won’t budge. Also, he said he was “not allowed” to share corporate contact info. WTH?We like this location; it’s safe, clean, convenient, and the staff have been awesome. Now, it is starting to smell bad inside and other tenants have commented the same to me.

Great convenient location for our storage, secure, and friendly staff. Would give 5 stars if Sentry would include an optional fee for box/trash removal at move out, like an add on.

Don't waste your time here. First of all, there is no U-Haul sign outside the establishment. Why? Because that would be far too professional of a thing to do in South Florida. Ordered a cargo van. Went to pick it up the following day and was told, they don't have any cargo vans. They tried to give me a pickup truck. Well, if I wanted a pickup truck I would have reserved a pickup truck. I'm giving them three stars because some of the employees did attempt to accommodate me. But, I ended up wasting crucial time waiting for them to track down a cargo van AND DOLLY. Had I been on my A game I'd have never ordered from U-STALL. I'd have went to an actual car rental and gotten exactly what I needed. Lesson learned.

The district manager does not return or answer calls. Their roof leaked damaging things and completely destroying antiques and my late husband
