I was not able to change or return items I bought at the same store.Their old system does not let them track the transactions when using my credit card.Very disappointed bcs I usually buy more and return later what I don’t need.Im not sure if I am asking too much for an 80billion dollar company. 08/28/2021

I had a very pleasant experience with the Sherwin Williams store off Powerline, just north of gun World. Apparently all the local Sherwin willams stores in Broward have no EXTRA White samples and I needed to use the same EXTRA White color that I had on my home (Extra white #7006 A100) from 11 Years ago. The other stores wanted to sell me a Quart of satin EXTRA white. I didn't want to have to pay a Quart since I only needed to do some testing and I was going to be paying for about 20 Gallons of SATIN Superpaint when it came time for me to paint. Steve at this Sherwin Willliams store on powerline sold me Resilience Satin EXTRA white for the price of a Sample. No other store made that offer to me. That is what you call Good customer service and Steve's efforts at pleasing the customer are deserving of this review
