Service was fast. The medication worked the way it should and to have customer meds made to your specs for $35.00 was amazing. It's a little hard to find but if I could you can too. Thank you Skips.

This place is so professional. The customer service is awesome & they go out of their way to contact my doctor when I make refill requests and I am out of refills. The staff is very friendly and I always have a nice time chatting with the front store when I pick up my meds. Keep up the great work!!

I am a long time customer and this place is great for compounded medications. Very smart and profesional head pharmacist, Brooke, who helped me a lot when I first started going here. Everyone is friendly. Only downside is the hours , they close at 5 and no weekend hours.

This pharmacy has really changed my outlook on the healthcare system. They go above and beyond with everything. I really appreciate the time they took to answer all my questions and help me with my autoimmune issues. I have struggled for a long time and the staff here really understand and listen to my needs. I have been filling my compounded low dose Naltrexone here for years and it’s always been great. This time has been not acceptable in the least.Called Sept 20 to leave a message for a refill and requested a call back. When I didn’t hear back the 22nd, I called back and left another message. No response.On the 26th I called again and spoke with Holden who first said he was sure we spoke, and personally assured me my prescription (that has now run out) would go out that day (Tuesday) or Wednesday at the latest.On Friday (now Sept 29), I followed up and my prescription STILL has not been filled or sent out. I asked Holden to speak with someone in charge because it was unacceptable. This wasn’t cosmetics, it’s medication and I’m now completely out of it. Andrea, one of the pharmacists called me back and apologized, and assured me they would overnight my prescription at no charge, which I appreciated.However, now I see that although it was shipped Friday Sept 29th, I will not receive it until Monday Oct 2nd. So not overnighted. It will now be 2 weeks without thyroid medication. I will be finding a new compounding pharmacy, unfortunately.I try to leave mostly positive reviews, but when it comes to people’s medications, nothing less than excellence is acceptable. People’s health are relying on it.

I am beyond disappointed with this place. I ordered a prescription 8 days ago. I informed them that I only had 5 days of this left and they just emailed me now that it will be sent out (today?) via USPS (Thursday just before 5PM right before a holiday weekend). What am I supposed to do now? I live in Texas & they are located in Florida… This is a medication I need to survive. It’s not frivolous.I wish I could say this was the first time I’ve encountered an issue with their shipping but this is a continuous issue. I’ve paid for expedited overnight shipping before (over $30 for 1 bottle of pills) to receive it about a week later. I’m ready to switch compounding pharmacies. This is outrageous.

It took them 8 days to call me back to fill a prescription and turn around time another 7 days! You got to be kidding me. I called a pharmacy that does compound prescription for veterinarians in New Jersey and got it in 3 days! Skips shouldn't get any stars!

I have been using Skip's Pharmacy for many years! They are the best. Owners really run a professional business and all their employees are all courteous and spit on. In today's time you do not receive this from other businesses so this is what compelled me to write this review because they are the best and have recommended them time and time again and also let me note I live out of state and never have any problems! If I could give them a ten star review I would !

I surprisingly received a call from the manager rectifying a situation with one of their employees. She moved that person into another department that doesn't need to deal with customers. She was great and proactive in making the necessary changes. I would in fact recommend them! Bravo.

I have been a customer for years now. I live in East Boca, but gladly drive to their Deerfield location. I am very pleased with their consistent customer service. They never skip a beat. They treat me like V.I.P. I am always reminded when the script will be processed. And every time, they always comfirm by calling me. My sweet boy Ricky is thriving, because of the heart medication he takes. I never have to worry about Skip's Pharmacy running out of Vetmedin aka Pimobendan.

Rip off trying toCharge 4X more because it is a compound is that not what you do? Do your homework there are others places that are nicer and 4 X less buyer beware.
