Called in to ask about having my son (9year old) get a hair cut. Was met with a nasty attitude. I asked what time they have available, she said i have to just come in and see, I asked if I could just reserve a time so we're not waiting since I live down the street, she said check online and hung up on me.....
I usually go see Erica because she's amazing and friendly. Not sure who was working today (possibly Jamaican accent) but she's basically making you lose clients. Person in there today needs an attitude adjustment.
I'll wait for Erica.
