In every way "Karina" was the consummate professional! Her outstanding interpersonal skills, her pleasant and personable demeanor AND her demonstrated technical acumen portrays a truly remarkable individual. "Karina" is an outstanding representative of the T-Mobile brand!!!!! So pleased to have had the opportunity to work with her.

I walked in today to upgrade two phones at about 5 pm. The two gentlemen in the store were on their phone and did not look up to greet us. I asked a question, and the answer I received was I dont know."" Then one of the gentlemen walked out of the store, and the other one continued to look at his phone. This was the worst customer service I have received at any Tmobile store. I will NEVER return to this location. Thanks to the Tmobile in Fort Lauderdale for great customer service on upgrading two phones. Please get people in the store that want to help. I was just there two years ago and the customer service was A1.

Wow! This is the best Tmobile I have ever been to! The service is top notch! The manager Yasser and his staff - Jacob, Jaime and Julie are amazing! I absolutely recommend this store!!!

This T mobile store was strategically conveniently placed where consumers could access it ! The staff was amazing starting with the store manager Yasser .Yasser made the process of buying the new tech that I needed simple and easy ! He communicated with me 1 on 1 kind of giving the that old filling on how you would buy things back in the day but knowing for sure they would last because the reputation of the company was at stake ! The staff was completely helpful on a full and busy day including all members who worked while I was at the shop during a shift change .I told Yasser and the staff that I would leave a review because of the outstanding effort that was put into making me feel like a valued customer and making me see the value in my purchase thank you to the store and this is one of the cool new things that I got IPhone 15 and a T-Mobile hotspot and a relationship that will last into the future thanks again guys !

The people that work there are very rude they left me standing T the counter for 30 min well they played on their phones not even acknowledging I was In the store the one on Pompano is not much better

Worst experience I've ever had with a phone company. I don't know if the entire company is as incompetent as this location, but I've been with T-Mobile for an entire 1 week, and I've been in the store 5 times, spoke with 5 different people including the manager, and regret entirely that I switched from Verizon. first, we were promised specific phones (iPhone 13 pro 512g) for adding a line, turns out that information was wrong and there was no option to pay the difference for a better phone(you can get the most basic only. Also, the phones stopped having service 3 hours after leaving the store. Fred fixed that The third day in the store. 2nd, the manager Yasser mailed the phone to the wrong address and has been dodging my calls for 5 days After promising to call me with updated delivery confirmation and tracking information. They added phone protection to my account after specifically saying I do not want that. and now I'm paying more at T-Mobile than I was at Verizon and don't even have the phones!!! complete garbage. throw the entire team out and start over. The only person in that store that has helped or fixed any of the issues is Fred. thanks Fred. Devon, Yasser.... just go to a different location if they are working.

Our local T-Mobile store is VERY busy place but flows smoothly. Plenty of sales reps for the volume of customers that go there. Courteous and helpful.

Called in-store to ask questions regarding internet service & spoke with a Representative who was very kind but in between me asking questions, was having conversations with someone else while I was asking questions, instead the first interruption putting me on hold to handle in-store customers. I thought it was rude to hear me speaking & have an entire conversation going on after I started speaking instead of just telling me to hold from the beginning. I love my phone & Wi-Fi service but customer service has to do better with streamlining quicker service, I unfortunately don’t have all day to repeat multiple questions.

Really not helpful at all in connecting to Netlix. Rude support person Karina told me to go home and call Tech Support. Time to look for another carrier.

Just always a let down calling this location. They'll sell you whatever you need. But if you need a warranty or insurance they don't even want to help with information. I have 611 customer care on the phone from TMobile and someone from this store told them they "don't do that at this store" WTAFBeen like this for years and years

I just switched to t mobile because of the excellent customer service and instruction I received at this store. They were really busy, yet they were able to help me along with the other customers in an efficient manner. Jesse was very knowledgeable and helped me with a bunch of tasks, as I had to switch multiple lines and went from a galaxy to a new iphone, so it took extra time and instruction. The other employees were very nice and helpful also. Thank u Jesse! I will be sending my extended family over there to switch from at&t.

We recently switched over from Verizon and it was our best decision in years. I have made use of an office in NH and FLA and was given first class assistance. Also needed to address rebate issues and was on a conference call with an agent and a member of rebate dept. They were friendly, patient, and solution oriented.
