Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The guys name was Matthew. A short white man probably in his mid 50’s with brown hair was working the self checkout registers at the front. When I was checking out I noticed a couple things were priced wrong. I quickly went and took a picture of the price tags with the sale sticker next to it to show him so he can change the price for me. When I showed him, HE STARTED ARGUING WITH ME TELLING ME NO I WAS WRONG. He said the price that comes up on the computer is the correct price. And then when I took him to the aisle to show him the price tag and the sale sticker he took them off, ripped up the price tag, and put the sale sticker in his pocket, and said, “nope they’re not on sale.” How in the world is that fair to the customers. They can pick and choose who they want to give discounted items to? And then when I told him I want to speak to his manager, HE TOLD ME NO, then turned around and walked away. Looking back I wish I would’ve caused a scene and forced my way to his manager. Because that type of customer service is disgusting. It has to be a race thing, because I saw him being so polite and nice to the white guy next to us, but was disgustingly rude to me and my mom. People even turned around and were looking at him with anger while he was yelling at us in front of everyone. This is my usual target I always go to and spend lots of money at, but I can promise you I will never spend another penny at target in general if this is the type of people they hire. Take this as a warning guys, if you see Matthew be prepared to get ridiculed.

The lady at register 1 was very nice and kind but she was taking her time which made the line very long and I was forth in line and it took 20 minutes with mid amounts items.

Worst experience ever. I spoke to someone from customer service before I drove to target in Deerfield off of Hillsboro and power line. Was told that I can return a PS5 without the box. They advise as long as they can scan the serial number I was good. I also told them that I do not have the HDMI cable and they said that is fine as long as I have the other accessories for them which I did and once I got there, they refused to do the return, and the woman at customer service was extremely rude and rolling her eyes as I was trying to explain tell her that I also had the receipt. If you want a good experience, then go to a different location.

Today (1/12/2025) I visited this location and experienced the worst customer service ever! I was in the grocery section and needed assistance with finding an item. I so wish that you allowed attachments so I could upload a picture of the person whom I experienced this from but since you don’t, his name is Kyle. A Caucasian white male. The only reason I’m mentioning his race is because I think it was directly related to my treatment. He was assisting another Caucasian female, laughing with her and all so as I patiently awaited for him to end the assistance with her nothing prepared me how rudely he would be towards me. I proceeded to ask him my question and without even looking at me and walking away, he states, “ well W4 or whatever is that way.” What way sir and why are you walking away acting uninterested like you just didn’t have a bell of energy assisting someone with excellent customer service that looked just like you? Even with me saying I was going to customer service to report him phased him not one bit! This is what we are dealing with in 2025 and the sad reality is it’s only going to get worse! Companies should consider the individuals they hire represent the company values! Regardless of my race, I’m a consumer spending money. Your employees could affect your profits. Never forget that! I was told it would be addressed and I’m hoping it is. Totally unacceptable!

I went to the liquor store with my wife, did some shopping, and the woman who assisted me, named Lia Green, provided excellent service. She was very polite and attentive, answering all of our questions.

My mom and I went to this location tonight on December 6th at 8:19pm. We go to this location often. We had 12 items in total, 8 mine and 4 of my moms’. We went to the self check out registers because we had less than 10 items each. Because we had both of our items in the same cart, the woman that was working the self check out registers gave us a hard time and said we had to go to a regular register. We explained to her that we were paying separately and with an attitude she told us that we need to get another cart if we are paying separately. There were FOUR self check out registers open and no line. We didn’t get her name, but she’s blonde and was wearing a mask. She was rude and unpleasant. Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service experience unfortunately. Came by for a curbside pickup order thinking it was a good idea after my girlfriend had her 4 wisdom teeth removed and instead we watched LYNDA drop our items, put them back in the cart, scout the parking lot, saw we were there first, and because we were at the back, made us wait, AND get out and close the trunk. We even gave her the benefit of the doubt by honking the horn and LYNDA once again turned around and ignored us with a " have a good day."
Idk what we did besides exist... I always try to treat people how I would like to be treated and to watch my girlfriend go through that and to not be able to speak for herself on top of it all is what frustrated me to the point where I am in the review.

I love the store however what is really frustrating is at least 80% of the time at least one price that is rung up on my receipt is different then the price specified where the items located, this is in grocery. I’m at target 6 to 7 days a week and seriously At least 80% of the time. I brought it to the attention of the store for over a year and it still goes on

We shop at the Target at Hillsboro and Powerline. It is easy convenient. We know where everything is and I also have my prescriptions there. I would recommend this target to anyone! ☺️
