The management at this branch is severely lacking in effectiveness. Representatives there seem to dodge even the most basic of requests or duties. On one occasion, I requested printed copies of my business account checks, but the staff member on duty declined, claiming they were unable to fulfill the request. When I escalated the issue to the supervisor, I was met with a shocking response: "Don't instruct me on my job!" Frustrated, I was advised to try a different branch, which proved to be helpful as they addressed my needs swiftly within ten minutes. Later, I got an apologetic call from the store manager, Seth, excusing both his and his team's failure to help. I've since asked to speak with his superior, but four days have passed without any follow-up. It's clear that the leadership at this location, including the district manager, urgently requires a complete overhaul.

This place is ridiculous. You walk in and everyone is too "Busy" to help. They tell you "someone will be right with you" then they have friends come into the branch and they all go to lunch. Then you can clearly see them in the glass room behind you chatting and having a grand time while customers are in the building. Then when someone decides that they should talk to you, they then tell you that the tellers in the front can help with your request, mind you the tellers in the front specifically said they couldn't. So if you need to get a card replaced. Apparently the tellers say they can't do it, the people at the desk have friends to attend to so they don't want to help, but instead send you to a teller. Who again lies that they can't do it. However luckily I was there when friends show up and suddenly people remember how to make cards. This place is a joke and every employee there is ridiculous. Management should take a look at the staff and review behavior because that's ridiculous.

I was speaking with a customer service representative, who was VERY belligerent. As a result, she froze my account, and a week later, I do not have my money. I am Disabled, and now, I have no money to get food or my medicines! Beware, do not do business with this corrupt, fraudulent organization!

Deserves zero stars. Terrible customer service and poor attitude focused on the employees more important than customers, period. Was told to come back & make a 2nd trip (as a disabled senior) to open an account. Are they going to pay me for my extra time and expense to do that? I was there 20 minutes before closing asked nicely and was Refused service since they claimed it would take past closing to open an account. Ridiculous. Other banks can do it in 15 minutes. They will Not be getting my business, period.

Absolutely horrible when it comes to wait times. Just to deposit checks and a bit of cash takes like 20-25 minutes and that begins when you hand the cash over to the teller. We all don't have all day to spend at this bank. This bank needs to hire better tellers. This is ridiculous

This bank is not 24hrs as stated on google maps , i got here at 5:20pm Tuesday and it was closed. Change your times so that people don’t waste their time!

Customer service is nonexistent teller people skills are not good and they have really bad attitudes like they are better than everyone else. Have decided to move my accounts and I mean 4 to Wells Fargo- td a Canadian bank has no respect for locals or the elderly patrons that make up the south Florida economy -in a word they don't belong here we have enough problems with out having to deal with this bank or it's issues
