When I arrived after making a reservation I had to wait 20 min for the cashier to call and follow the instructions from the person on the other line. I was told that a prorate of $93.00 for minimum of 30 miles. I asked the question if I travel less will the price go down. I was told “yes”. The mileage was 152672 then I returned it at 152695 which equals 23 miles that I returned the vehicle. I took pictures but I was charged for 30 miles. I asked for a receipt and I was told I could not get a receipt that it would be emailed to me. This is unprofessional that there was no one to service me when I returned my vehicle and charged me for 30 miles instead of 23 miles. I am not satisfied with this service at all. I am going to write a review on Google and other websites to let people know that this location will scam you of your money.

Last time I went to rent a moving truck to move my residential condo, check in and check out was super fast . However The location I made a reservation did not have my truck size available. Fortunately the close by location only 2 blocks away did. Heads up, I reserved for movers service on the same website as U-haul, no movers called back and got charged for the deposit $200. My charges were successfully disputed by my bank.
