I just got a haircut from Noelle who was recommended to my by employee Austin and I couldn’t have been happier with the result, I have been trying to find a more inexpensive haircut option that is of quality and Ultas haircuttery is an EXCEPTIONAL and in my opinion underused option. Austin also helped me find a cost friendly intro to skincare, and all of the products advised have been game changers for my skin, OVERALL this locations employees and their customer service is for lack of better words top tier

I had an amazing makeup application with Austin. His application was flawless, exactly what I envisioned (clean fresh face tinted moisturizer look) and more. The result were stunning and Austin was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. It truly made the experience that much more special. Highly recommend!

Customer services is the worst store I have ever been too. Will fallow you around like you are going to steal something but when you ask for help they make you wait for 30 mintues. Always disorganized never have things you want or need in stock. This store makes me hate Ulta and have decided they are not worthy of my hard earned money. I am just going to start purchasing direct from the brands I use. If you have the option I suggest going to a different location stay away from the deerfield location.

I just have to give a shoutout to Austin at the Ulta in Deerfield Beach! I had been to the Pompano location a couple of days ago, and the experience was honestly disappointing—poor customer service and a messy store (as usual). But walking into the Deerfield Beach location was a completely different experience.
The store was clean, organized, and welcoming—and Austin was an absolute gem. I asked them for hair advice because their own curls were full of volume and looked amazing, and they were so kind and helpful. They even walked over to the in-store hairstylist to double-check the products they were recommending, just to make sure everything would work well for me.
Thanks to Austin, I left with a handful of new products I’m genuinely excited to try. This is the kind of customer service that makes me want to come back. Huge thank you, Austin!

Spent about an hour in this store with my daughter today. There was a young woman named Tola I believe that helped us. She was very attentive, professional, polite, personable and helpful. I hope Ulta recognizes and appreciates what a wonderful asset she seems to be to their store. It is far and few between finding good customer service these days. I am very grateful she was there to help us. Thank you Tola!

Ulta in Deerfield Beach Florida is a great place to get your hair done. I go to Victoria who is just amazing !
She’s very qualified, friendly, knowledgeable, kind and goes the extra mile to make you happy !
She does a wonderful color and cut !
I usually don’t get my haircut with anyone but my person in New York - Victoria did such a great job I will use her from now on.
Ulta is a full salon in the back of the store. All of the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. The Salon team gets along so well they’re like best friends.
ALSO, my husband went to Judith. He was never willing to get his haircut in Florida! He would only go to his girl in New York. It’s not easy to find qualified stylist to cut men’s hair especially with a scissor cut!
He went to Judith at the same Salon.
She did an excellent job ! She explained what she was going to do -every step of the way. It was so overgrown ,?she explained why she had to use both the trimmer and scissors. She is extremely experienced, knowledgeable ,patient, friendly and talented.
