I had never shipped through UPS customer counter before. We took a package yesterday morning to the Deerfield location.Kendalyn helped us and she was amazing! So professional, patient and helpful. She made the whole process a breeze. Thanks, Kendalyn (hope I'm spelling your name correctly)

TERRIBLE customer service. I've had ongoing issues with UPS since December 2022 with DELAYED or FAILED delivery due to an "Incorrect Address" they claim doesn't exist. I understand that this might have happened because it was a new address but UPS has had almost 14 months to resolve this issue. FEDEX, USPS, and Amazon NEVER had an issue delivering my packages on time. Every time a merchant ends up using UPS I cringe thinking about the obstacles I have to go through to get my packages. It is unfair when I pay "Next Day" shipping and I either have to wait several days for the delivery or drive 40 minutes each way to pick up my packages. I brought this up to a facility worker last month and was told "It's not their issue to resolve" that I must call customer care. I've made several calls without resolution and have not received promised callbacks. I've called, emailed and messaged, I don't know what else to do to get this resolved.

Even though i am living at my current address for over 8 years, according to the driver he tried to deliver my item but my apartment is vacant.I called the office and a female at the office said, if her driver said the apartment is empty then it is empty.Be mindful, I was IN my apartment while talking to them at this office.I gave clear instructions to how the driver could find my apartment and or the leasing office for them to do delivery.However, they said my apartment is vacant up to the point where we had to request that the items be returned to the sender.About 7pm I saw a UPS driver at my door he both rang the doorbell and knocked only to say he was there to pick up a package.I told him I was expecting a package not picking up one he walked away and I am yet to receive my order.I KNOW the entire office needs to be trained.Do you put anyone and anyone in your office to represent your brand?The Brand UPS is being poorly represented by these untrained people who are a sad excuse for customer service reps.UPS do better train your representatives to be customer oriented they are a sad reflection of Brand UPS.Ps.Had Known the company would ship with UPS I would have canceled the order as similar thing happened with Rivera Beach it is a Trend with UPS.PROPER TRAINING OF YOUR STAFF URGENTLY NEEDED .SignedVery unhappy customer

Driver keeps "rescheduling" my delivery over and over again. Honestly trash company I will never ship with UPS for critical packages. You know you're at rock bottom as a company when you make USPS look like same-day Amazon prime delivery.

Awful business. If you have family elsewhere in the country who ship food and personals to you, use Fed Ex or USPS. We live in Deerfield, so our UPS packages come out of here and they either lose or steal the package more often than not. WE DO NOT HAVE THESE ISSUE WITH FEDEX AND USPS!!!! Just avoid shipping with UPS and you will not have any problems.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service! Thanks to the "policy' they lied and blamed on the sender company who confirmed it was actually UPS withholding my package, I had to cancel my order to be sent back to the sender. The only thing they cared about was trying to charge more money for a package that was supposed to be delivered instead of allowing it to be picked up.

My delivery guy, BATCHLE, lied to get out of making his delivery…Instead of shipping with Amazon, the buyer decided to use UPS. It was such a hassle and overall awful experience with UPS. The package was delivered A LOT later than the expected date. That wasn’t the biggest issue. Batchle lied and said he tried delivering the package on a day and time when I was conveniently at home relaxing right next to my front door. No one attempted a delivery. I got the notification of the exact time the “attempt” was made while still at my door. I called UPS who said Batchel noted that it was “too dangerous and not safe” to leave my package at my home in my suburban gated community. Lol. That had to be a joke. No note was left. Weird for UPS since they always leave a note. They said I need to pick it up. I absolutely refused to drive 20 mins away when I was home ready for the delivery. Pretty sure Batchel was being lazy and just didn’t want to work. There was no attempt made. He lied. I called and tried to get it re-delivered. They attempted again while I was working during the weekday and didn’t leave it bc they required a signature this time. So this time they ACTUALLY left a note on my door saying I need to pick it up myself again 20 minutes away since they attempted to deliver the package (for real this time). Maybe this was a different driver since he did his job The third attempt, a week after the first attempt, was successful followed by the driver walking up to my front door, throwing the package down, two obnoxious knocks and walking away. I assume this was Batchel as I have made a complaint about his lies. I saw the whole thing while sitting in the same spot the first time he lied about delivering the package. Long story short(lol), bad idea for the Amazon seller for choosing UPS over Amazon delivery. I’ve never had a problem with Amazon delivery.

Do yourself a favor and try to avoid this place at all costs. 50/50 chance you’ll never see that package. Not to mention it’s like pulling teeth to get a “worker” to do their job and check for a package.

Terrible experience! I pay $7 extra to come picking up a package the same day after I missed the delivery. I still couldn’t get my package. Worst experience!
