Everything is overpriced, basically a scam. 3$ for a label, box prices are 5x more expensive than at home depot. This place isnt affiliated with UPS and just uses the name to scam customers. STAY AWAY!!!!

So I came to the store because I needed to ship important medication to England during the Thanksgiving week. I spoke to a manager in the store and they guaranteed me that it would be delivered next day by 12 PM. I paid over $300 for this. The package did not arrive the next day arrive two days later When I called them they said I had to come in to do a claim I came in to do a claim never heard anything for months when I went back the lady that took care of me that day said that she would contact UPS customer service waited another month. Nobody called Then I started coming into the store to find out what was going on finally today. She tells me that the claim was denied because it was delivered when UPS said it would be delivered, which is incorrect because she herself told me it would be delivered the next day I would not have paid $300 to ship something if it wasn’t Going to get there The day I needed to. For future reference UPS store don’t give people wrong information. If it wasn’t gonna be there by the next day you should’ve told me that and I would’ve made the decision if I was gonna send it or not now I’m out over $300.

Kelly, Salvatoris (Team) are TOP NOTCH with their customer service, they ALWAYS sure to be friendly & HAPPY to find a solution. Since being under NEW MNGMT this store is a PLEASURE to come to....(except parking ....lol...)
