THEY LOST a super-important package, and no one is answering for their responsibilities. Even asking them in person is unbelievable. They care absolutely nothing about people's private property. This company should be ELIMINATED from the state.

Very unhelpful staff. They send you away that they can’t help print the label for you to ship the package, while other USPS offices were easily able to do it before. I was sent away and had to go to another place, where of course they were able to help me with no issue, as always. Except this USPS location…. Don’t go here unless they don’t have to do anything extra….

This post office is completely negligent when it comes to mail delivery. I live literally two blocks from the post office, but I don't get half of my mail, and that's not even an exaggeration. I have informed delivery, so I see every day what's been scanned to come to my address. For an example, for just the last week, I had informed delivery mail every day (except Sunday) but only got mail delivered two of the days. And I did not get any of the other mail on those two days, only what was scanned for those two days.
One of the pieces last week was a credit card. Who knows where that is? I had to have a replacement sent. I hope than one actually makes it here.
I don't know if my carriers can't tell Ct from St, or what, but it's unacceptable how much mail gets lost in this neighborhood.

Returned to Sender Because They Never Showed Up
Deerfield Beach Post Office could not be more useless if they tried. My package was never delivered. It was marked as returned to sender even though the carrier never came to my street. I confirmed it using GPS tracking. They literally never made the attempt.
No one answers the phone. Not in the morning. Not in the afternoon. Not at all. You could be on fire and they would still let the line ring.
Whatever is going on at this location feels like a training simulation gone wrong. The staff operates like they barely graduated from Cletus County Middle with honors in Avoiding Responsibility. If this is the standard for Florida public service, it is no wonder nothing gets done.
If USPS still wants to be taken seriously, they should start by auditing this facility. Because this is not mail service. This is negligence in uniform.

They simple do not answer the phone! I got exhausted from calling them… no answer!
It’s ashamed bc we are paying taxes to pay this people… Tired of calling them for a simple question. Have to drive all way there stay in line to be able to get an answer of a few words! :( :(

Considering the post-pandemic staffing issues and other limitations USPS had experienced as of late, this location is doing decently well. The facility is clean and organized. Be sure to come in early if you want to make use of their walk-in passport application, get there by no later than 1:40, the line is packed for that service.

This is the worst mail service and the worst office in Florida. I've constantly lost my mail, but not just any mail, the most important ones, with personal information that could be used maliciously, running the risk of my personal information being exposed to the wrong hands. Mail errors occur repeatedly, or packages that should be delivered are never received or are mistakenly delivered to other mailboxes. Even important mail, like permanent residences, that is supposed to be classified mail. Many times the tracking shows it was delivered to the correct address, but it was never delivered to the correct mailbox. I've never received any help from the postal service, much less from this office when I've gone in person. Even the people who work here lack customer service skills because the service is so poor. I've even considered going to the police to report them because this isn't an isolated case of mail; unfortunately, this happens to me every month. Every month I report letters that don't arrive, packages that I don't receive, and there's no solution or improvement in the system. They simply don't care and take no responsibility.

After visiting the post office in downtown boca multiple times in attempt to get my passport, I finally decided to try this location. Unfortunately, I forget the woman’s name who helped me but she was a life saver and turned this awful process into something quick and enjoyable!! I had been turned away 3 times from the downtown location and even waited three hours to be very rudely turned away another time. Here, it was a 10 minute wait max, and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely return and recommend to friends!

Terrible service and customer support. We are a business with time sensitive packages and at least once a week they skip the scheduled pick up and falsely claim they picked them up in their documentation. I already spoke with the manager multiple times where she said she would fix this issue but it is still occurring. Now they don’t even answer the complaint claims anymore. They do not ensure or care if the employees are actually doing their job.

There is a silver drop box in the lobby to drop off packages that already have prepaid labels on them. Well, that drop box may as well be a garbage can because you get no confirmation that you actually dropped your expensive item in there. So when you don't see any movement of your package for the next few days, it's gone forever. I guess they take the heavy boxes home with them. I've had about 4 or 5 go missing in as many years.

Terrible service!!! Their hours say walk ins accepted 2-3pm to apply for passports. We got there at 2:40 and the rude lady in the front desk tells me “we don’t accept any more people. There’s one person waiting.” I drove my family 30 minutes to get there from pompano beach and she would not allow us to apply for our passport.
