Don't bother going here for any help if you have an Android. They are utterly incompetent when it comes to restoring your information on your device from your Google account. Just Google it/ do it yourself. You'll find more help on a Reddit thread. I get most people have iPhones, but associates should at least know the basics when dealing with Androids. When I see them Google the answer to questions I have (as if I haven't already done that), it proves to me their incompetence. I thought I had lost EVERYTHING because an associate didn't know any better. With a careless shrug, he told me that's just the way Google backup works, when in fact he was SO incorrect. I don't usually leave reviews, but seeing as how our phones basically have our memories and lives in them, I would expect more from a "professional".

Davi at the Deerfield location was amazing. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable and thorough and handling our account and getting us a new phone.
I would highly recommend coming to the Deerfield location and get Davi.

Always have to wait for long long time to get a service. I have been waiting for 50 mins. I just see two customers left, all the agents just watching the customers left and do nothing. The management is very loosely at this store.

Louis Diaz, from the Hillsboro store, was absolutely amazing. He was patient, well informed in products/services and made us feel confident with the decisions we made. We are grateful for his time, friendliness and expertise!!!

Do not buy anything from this store, I had a terrible experience with Maddie. First of all, she ported my line from AT&T incorrectly and left me without a service for a day. When I called the store, they quickly tossed the call around and never resolved the issue, I had to google how to fix the issue and take care of it myself. Second, she provided me the wrong information about the plan. This morning, I learned that my phones are protected at $19.00 each. All she mentioned at the store was that both phones are protected at no cost. I don’t appreciate being lied to and taken advantage of. I hope someone addresses this behavior and from other reviews on here, she shouldn’t have a job. Employees that lie and take advantage of customers is completely unacceptable and should be punished for. I’m completely disgusted with the people working at this store.

I couldn’t believe the way employees were blatantly disrespectful. Marcia took my phone call, and was extremely rude, going as far to make a comment on my relationship at one point, she constantly interrupted and spoke over me. At the end of the call Marcia had told an in store customer that she could help them, she then told me that she “was busy with a customer” and proceeded to hang up on me never having resolved any issues or answering questions. We will be leaving Verizon. At least it’s Black Friday week lol.

These people are liars. A salesman there store. Came to my house last month to sign us up for a new government program in which we would get six months free, for our internet service and after $20 a month after that. I got the box a week later and set it up. I also cancelled ATT. since I paid $75/month. A couple of days ago I got a bill from Verizon. I thought nothing of it I thought it was just a formality. I happened to open it and found that Verizon charged me $112. I called customer service and they told me that the program that I mentioned ended in February. Do not trust anyone in that store. Furthermore don’t trust Verizon period! Car salesman have better ethics than they do.

Davi was a fantastic customer service representative. He resolved all of my concerns. I was really upset when I came into the store and he resolved everything. Very professional and personal. He is the example of what great customer service is all about!

I recently visited the Verizon store to get some information about my account. By the time I left, I had been misinformed, Taken advantage of, And straight out lied to.. I was never transferred over to my own account. I was told that the phone that I was going to trade in for a new phone would save me money, which was also a lie. When I returned to see why none of the things that they promised me to do, we’re done the representative that helped me (Chris)wasn’t there. The person that was there wasn’t really able to help me much so I had to stay on the phone for three hours with a Verizon specialist. Mind you that my visit to the store that day I was there for over four hours. The person that was helping me was acting very erratic. They would disappear for 2030 minutes and then come back and not even remember what it is that we were working on.. I’ve never received such horrible Frustrating, Dishonest Service. I am still trying to figure out what exactly this person did with my account. I feel taken advantage of and lied to, and I’m hoping that someone can call me from the store and help me solve this issue.

Dennys in Deerfield gave the best service I've ever had with Verizon in the over 20yrs we've had our account. He deserves a huge raise. Thanks Dennys for being the most thoughtful and having great communication explaining everything. He went above and beyond.

**Outstanding Service by Vinicius Garsia**
I recently visited Verizon to buy a new phone after mine broke. Unfortunately, the store didn't have the phone I needed in stock. That's when Vinicius Garsia stepped in and provided exceptional customer service. Not only did he go the extra mile to find the phone I wanted at a different location, but he also took it upon himself to pick it up for me. Once the phone was available, he reached out and invited me to come pick it up.
Vinicius was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. His dedication to ensuring I got exactly what I needed made the experience smooth and stress-free. It's rare to encounter such high-quality service, and I truly appreciate his efforts.
