At first I was not pleased with the wait time and not being greeted BUT K-SI WAS WELL WORTH MY PATIENCE!!!! Once attended to, he handle the matter at hand not only with a sense of urgency and professionalism. He executed the task and exceeded my expectations! Awesome job!

They clearly don't need customers after the way they treated us. No one said anything to us when we walked in--we had to seek the rep out. He was busy on his computer doing something that I guess was more important than us for a long time. When I asked him if we should come back, he told us no, just wait, and wait we did, for a considerable time longer. Our concern was with an app, for which he said he'd charge us for doing practically nothing. Granted, the app wasn't a Verizon product, but shouldn't he have still taken us seriously, rather than continuing to multitask while dealing with us? Next time, I'll find a store where they actually give customers some of their time.
