Horrible. They never have my prescription ready or in stock. So this means more than one trip to the store.
The pharmacist is rude. I needed to get a prescription transferred down from Pa. He told me to call them and have them transfer it. The Pa. Pharmacy said the receiving pharmacy must request the transfer and he was right.
I go to CVS now across the street.

I would not recommend the pharmacy! The people there are not helpful at all! Especially the pharmacist Antony! I always come and talk to him very politely! He keeps not giving you the right information!
He is laughing at you! You know that he thinks that you are an idiot!

Stopped in on Sunday morning to grab some shampoo. They had a great markdown on some expensive shampoo. Grabbed it and the matching conditioner. Went to the register. The gentleman ringing me up was on FaceTime on his Apple watch the entire transaction. Couldn’t even be bothered to listen when I said the price was wrong on shampoo. It’s a sad shopping world out there. People can’t put their phones down to even work.

Pharmacy employees (at this specific location) are awful. Extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. My doctor has me calling different pharmacies around to check a status of a medication that is hard to find and are going through a shortage. What we've run into before is the process of sending a prescription in to a pharmacy that doesn't have the medication in stock which then starts the whole process over again until we hit a pharmacy that does have it (that takes 2 days everytime). So in order to make it easier on EVERYONE, he has me call and find a pharmacy that has the medication (regardless of the dose) and then prescribe me the specific amount of pills depending on what dosage they have. I had no issues calling every other Walgreens around, everyone was super nice and super helpful. Looked at their stock for me and was able to tell me that information and even empathized with me and said "ooo that's going to be hard to find." However, at this location, the first time I called the lady on the phone said that they aren't allowed to share any of that information. So I was extremely confused due to the fact that I had made 5 phone calls already to 5 different Walgreens where I had no issues AT ALL. She just repeated what she said to me like a f-ing robot. But then I called back and i believe I got transferred to the manger who did give me some information about having low stock but then asked me what dosage and I gave her 3 different options for her to check and she immediately shut me down and said, "this isn't how it works." Decided to basically "mansplain" how doctors prescribe a certain dose and thats the dose I am on and thats the dose I need to ask for and thats the dose I'll be picking up at the pharmacy, etc. Like thank you so much for this shocking new information that I knew nothing about. She wanted me to have my doctor call them to ask the same exact information I'm asking. She just had a problem with the fact that I'm asking 3 different kinds of dosage. I let you do your job, let the doctors do their job. I think the multiple years of schooling they have on you precedes your "opinions/medical advice". But also, aren't you here to HELP me?! The medicine shortage is making it 10x more difficult to access something I need to be able to function in society and this b-tch is having a power trip or something up her a-s. Really disappointed and really upsetting for me. My condition was making it already difficult to make these phone calls as is and I run into this. No thank you. you can bet your a-s I will not be going to this Walgreens. Nor will my family, friends or ANYONE I come across. They will all know about my horrendous experience.

I would recommend not using Walgreens ever, always deal with unprofessional people. The Haitian woman was the most unprofessional rude person. I think I’ve ever met. She should not be in a position that works with customers.

I’ve been going to this location for years , I’m not sure what happened there in the past 6 months, but I’m now choosing to go across the street to CVS. And on top of it, we also frequent the liquor store for Our events in personally again I’m not sure what happened in the liquor store side of things but the product that we used to get there is no longer on the shelf and I don’t know who the guy is that works there behind the counter but he should pick another profession
we will no longer go back there.

Horrible pharmacy. They never fill your prescriptions correctly even when requested. Constantly give substitutions of medications that are not the same dosage. Staff is mean and condescending. They constantly fill prescriptions 3-4 days late even when saying they are ready for pickup, they are not, putting me behind on my medications when I’m completely out and they do not fill them. I Switched pharmacies.

Poor experience dealing with Bobby in the liquor store as well as the supervising manager. Bobby was very rude and had no knowledge of anything they carried. If I could rate less than 1 stars for my experience I would.

Subscription set in yesterday. Went there this morning at 9:30 wasn't done. Went five hours later two thirty still not done would never have anything filled there!!!!!

A worker with her crusty braids called the police on my little brothers & they had receipts for their purchases!! The police had them detained like criminals because they were profiled by this woman! Sad that you can’t even shop in peace at this store and judging by prior reviews this store has been an issue! I will be contacting the corporate office in the morning something has to be done about how they choose to treat their customers!!!

This was the worst walgreens experience Ive ever had. If I could select no stars I would. Besides the unsatisfying store, The workers called the cops and accused me and my friends of stealing from their store. It was a very traumatic experience for us the cops sat us down on the curb and had us searched all to find NOTHING. All while they watched and laughed as if it was a joke. I will never step foot into that walgreens again i’ve never been through a situation like this as scary as this world is. We are still taking further action towards them as for the cops we understand they were just doing their jobs. Nevertheless the situation could’ve went completely different if they had addressed us personally or asked to search us.
