With the exception of the pharmacy this store needs a revamp in management. The employees are apathetic, have no knowledge of where anything is, and the worse part unwilling to help. I suggest training and better pay will motivate them.

Within 5 to 6 minutes of our home in Century this local Walmart store is our preferred shopping stop. Served by our century Village buses it makes for stress free shop.

Horrible experience! Not enough help and many of the employees did not even understand what I was saying! I simply asked where the “Romaine “ lettuce was? This trip there was No one at courtesy counter. I was told they were “ short of help” and would be back in “maybe 15minutes” .
Last visit, there were 3 people behind counter, they didn’t even acknowledge I was there. I had to repeatedly say “excuse me” to try to get their attention! They finally stopped their conversations and took care of my return item.
This store needs to get their act together or close!
I worked for Pathmark for 19 years and this would have NEVER happened!

An associate in self check out ASSAULTED me today. She slapped my hand which had a bag of chicken in it, making it drop to the floor. Absolutely horrible and inexcusable experience!

Really big store even though it is not a super center location plenty of things plenty of self check out lines as well. sometimes the self check out lines are longer than the non self check out lines.

This Walmart is one of the better ones in the area. The staff is generally very nice. The shelves are generally stocked well and the selection is very good. Of course its mostly self checkout with only 1 cashier open but sometimes even that is closed , that's the only down part of this store

Even though the produce has gotten a little better, the customer service got bad, especially with the newest group that have taken over the front. There used to be a gal named Brooklyn, who was fantastic. Of course she's gone. The young men who were there are for the most part okay, but the young woman I just spoke to was truly obnoxious nasty and unconcerned that I needed a motorized cart so that I could get around.
