Every single time I come to this particularWawa's the regular coffee is always water down, always. The two by my house Hollywood is never water down. This is the only location that is consistently like this.

If it wasn't for the manager I'd never get my food. Girl behind the counter making our breakfast never once announced our order. Just left us standing there. They got the entire order wrong and it was extremely simple. The manager was on break and saw us and how the girl making sandwiches treated us and I'm sure she got spoken to or at least written up. It's not hard to do this job right and she destroyed the order smashing it to the point it was pre chewed. Just awful but the manager was wonderful.

This is the second time that I’ve visited this location and I wasted a coupon. The first time I visited the store, I saved up enough points to where I could get a free smoothie. I activated the coupon and was given a time limit on when I could use it. Because I tried using self check out, the machine screwed up and I wasn’t able to use the coupon. I tried getting help that day, but everyone was busy and there wasn’t anyone to help me. I lost my points that day. the second time was recently. I ordered breakfast on my phone, had enough points to use a coupon to get a free smoothie and again tried using self check out. When I got to the self check out, the machine wasn’t acting right so I needed help from an employee. The employee deleted the entire order and told me to place the order again. The coupon had less then 3 minutes to use it and I had only a few minutes to “place the order again”. By that point, I had to leave and waste even more points for which I will never get back. I earned both of those points and earned both of those coupons. The fact that there’s a time limit on those coupons is ridiculous because for a situation like this, I didn’t have time to use it and I lost points. Wawa is the worst!

Went to Wawa for gas, so many homeless people came up to me asking for money I started to feel uncomfortable. Closed my tank and left before I finished filling up because it was just uncomfortable amd did not feel safe.While I feel for their plight, I just didn't expect to have so many come up to me asking for money in a few minute span. I felt confronted
