Waiting more than an hour for a notarize documents. No one to greet you at the door. No recognition. Terrible costumer service experience. Avoid to go there, looks like a federal facility with people riding in the back .

Beyond rude...typical of south Florida. My husband and I have been with Wells Fargo for at least 20-25 years. Waited for a Notary and finally when she was available, the first thing she said to us was "I've only got 20 minutes"....not good afternoon, hello or anything along the lines of being civil or professional to a customer. When we explained to her (3 times) what we needed Notarized, she played stupid like she just couldn't understand and all with an attitude of trying to make us sound like we didn't know what we needed. After a few go-arounds with this dimwit, she said that since my son was not a customer (only us), she could not notarize the document proving our new residence with him for purposes of obtaining a DL. The Certificate of Address was NOT for my son's purposes or benefit, but was for US, as customers. Will never set foot inside this branch again (not like they would care). Anyway, what I've come to expect so they did not disappoint.

I had an appointment at 3:30 pm and the employee arrived late eating. I think he was on his lunch break at 3:30 pm habaha, I wanted to open an account with my company and staff, I took all the documents, he was super lazy and really didn't want to help me. I had to leave my job but I soon opened my account but this guy was a lazy idiot with no desire to work, really ridiculous…. I never go to this bank, as you can see, it's not just me who spoke badly about the service, you guys are ridiculous, wells Fargo, this employee is in the first room on the right of the bank

The reviews don’t lie. One of the worst branches. They should get a new branch manager in this place. Was told they only have one banker available and can’t assist with banking needs at this time. Pathetic.

Stopped in to open a personal account , possibly move my business accounts over to this Wells Fargo, sat for fourty five minutes before someone came over and said I have to have n appointment to open an account . Waisted a lot of my time waiting to be told that . I will be going to another bank to move my accounts

Don’t ever bank with Wells Fargo. They make you jump through hoops to avoid fees, you can’t get account statements online unless you turn off paper statements, couldn’t close a cd online. Called customer service was a 30 minute hold and 5 minutes for each question I asked on account fees for the rep to do research.

Horrible service. Got hacked took all my money. Wells kept banging me overdraft fees for over a week till they finally found out I was truly hacked. Never recommend changing banks this week. Absolutely horrible customer service

Amanda Gallagher made my experience at this bank such a pleasure! She was solution-oriented and efficient from the moment my father and I walked into the bank needing assistance. She was always available to speak with whether on the phone, via email, or in person. Amanda is super friendly and is clearly very dedicated to ensuring her customers are well taken care of.
