Worst experience ever. I can’t believe what I went through. I wanted to gouge my eyes out. They took an hour to make my food then proceeded to make the wrong wings. Didn’t even offer compensation. Remade wings and still very unsatisfied. Wing quality 0/5. Would not recommend. Wouldn’t feed to my worst enemy

I waited an hour for my order because they were taking forever and were more worried about to go orders then about the people sitting here and waiting for an hour, and it was absolutely freezing and smelt so bad. Please fire someone because this is ridiculous

I never went to a wingstop that took an hour for my food to come up. The service is so slow they’re more worried about do one order at a time then doing multiple at once

I should have read the reviews!!!! Placed order online at 3:15. 16-21 min noted for food to be ready. That put us at 3:31-3:36. Arrived a little early ,so my son went in and waited ... Food was not ready until 3:55.No other location ever done this. I will go to another closest location , never again in there.

The employees don’t want to work + they’re understaffed. They hire bottom of the barrel individuals who are rude and nasty as hell. I love wing stop, just not this one. They should close down or higher new management.

Worst wingstop I ever been to. I been here several times cause I live nearby, hoping that they would do better, but its a frustrating experience everytime. Food is never ready on time, employees always distracted, on the phone, etc. Stay away, go to Lyons wingstop if you can.

Go in there with a positive attitude and will to end the hanger and craving of wing stop. The cashier did not reciprocate. She literally was the worst customer service rep ever. Me and my friend had the same name, and she yelled at us telling us that we can’t order with the same name. Then, we proceeded to wait for our food for at least 30 minutes and the people that got there after us got their order before us. We got two orders of other peoples food that were not what we were supposed to get. Then got yelled at for opening the food that we weren’t supposed to get. 30 minutes later we get our food, and there isn’t even lemon pepper seasoning on the fries or parmesan on the garlic parmesan wings. The horrible cashier had to bring out parmesan and lemon pepper and just slabbed it onto the wings. The wings weren’t seasoned and the fries were literally nubs. You might as well drive 2 hours away to go to a different wing stop considering how long it takes to get wings.
