“Shay is hands down the best mechanic. not just in this area, but anywhere. I hit a deer in a brand-new car and the damage was extensive. Everything was pushed back, sensors were triggered, and the vehicle completely shut down. We were told it couldn’t be done — that there was no way to get it running again because of the system locks in these newer vehicles. Shay got it done. He figured out how to work around the sensors, add the necessary transmission fluid, and get the car to power on just enough to load it onto a transport truck. I don’t pretend to understand everything he did but I know it wasn’t simple, and I know others said it was too far gone to do . On top of that, he personally tracked down the exact transmission fluid we needed, driving quite a distance because we’re basically in the middle of nowhere. Then he offered to meet the transport truck at a larger location and make sure it got loaded properly. His exact words were, “You just have the transport truck come. I’ll take care of the rest.” When we got the bill, we were shocked — in the best way. It was more than fair. Completely honest. No games. And when we couldn’t schedule the transport immediately, he told us not to worry and let us leave the car safely at his shop until everything was sorted. Resourceful. Determined. Honest. Rare. If you want someone who actually solves the problem , is honest, and reliable — Shay is your guy!”
