“My battery terminal was corroded badly and would not start after pumping gas on my way to Orlando with my teenagers. We managed to get it to start and went directly to Oreilly to get a new terminal. I noticed Matt zipping around the store to help customers when I walked in. Matt was quick, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. This was our first trip after my husband died unexpectedly in March. The terminal was over tightened by the dealer. It took some work but Matt was able to get the old terminal off and replaced. I’m so thankful that Matt was there to help at a stressful time.
