Very clean room, but a little outdated, excellent breakfast!

Cons: Don't expect an early check-in without paying a fee. Checking in even one hour early costs $30. The hotel wifi is crappy, and you'll have weak Verizon service here. Pros: The room was clean, housekeeping is friendly, there is ample parking, and the location is convenient.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, TV reception was poor, pillows were lumpy, room smelled like mildew and was dated. Actual hotel looked nothing like the photo on the internet, which appeared to be photoshopped and seems exactly the same as other Best Westerns vs. a photo of the actual property. Which i would consider to be false advertising. Hotel itself was on par with a Motel 6 or Super 8, but priced like a Holiday Inn. For the cost, I expected much better.

The new owners, Harsh and Vonnie have done a wonderful job on getting the building more secure. There are no longer outside doors on each room, so you have to enter your room from the interior hallway. Key cards are needed to access the building so you feel more safe. Deanna in housekeeping is amazing. And Teresa and Sara at Check in are sweet and professional.Rooms: Clean and roomy. Comfortable beds.Safety: Key cards are needed to access the building so you feel more safe

We had a great stay. Harsh, the manager was hard working and attentive. When we didn't quite understand where he told us our room was and we parked in the wrong spot he came running to tell us where we should have gone! Great guy and very personable and professional. We loved that there was two sinks in the bathroom area. Not sure if all rooms are like that but they were set up so you still had access to a sink if someone was in the bathroom. Highly recommend this property.

Definitely not one of the nicest BWs I've stayed at. The room smelled musty. The bedding was clean, the rest of it was surface clean. The tub is nice and big with a grab bar..,, unfortunately it didn't look very clean, so no soak. The evening clerk who checked me in was extremely pleasant, the young woman this morning not so much. They could take a lesson from the BW I'm staying at tonight... for $30/night less.

Room was great management sucks they kept my deposit for the smell of weed in my room and I don't smoke. They kept a 100 of the 150 " to get the smell out" so becareful if you stay here and want your deposit back and management will try to integrate you like you were a criminal makes me not want to stay at a best Western again so just a heads up

Love this hotel! Short drive to the beach, reasonable rates, friendly service and nice, comfortable rooms. This is an older facility, but they have done a great job maintaining the rooms. We booked this hotel to cut down the drive time to the Florida beaches and we really liked the proximity to the beaches and access to 331. I recommend this hotel.

Front desk person gave me poor directions to my room. In the morning, there was no one at the desk. I rang the bell and nothing. I waited a little while, still nothing. Room was

Picked to stay here mostly because of the location, since it was by the I 10. It's alright for what you are paying for. The rooms were ok. The door was sagging and scraping on the floor. Wanted to tell them when I checkout but there was no one there so just left the keycard since I was in a rush to leave. Overall it's ok. Not too bad. The location is what I like. Easy to get in and out of the interstate.

We did not have a reservation but the person that helped us was great. The hotel is old but clean. Worse part, breakfast. Included or not it was nasty. Sausage hard as a rock, orange juice was colored water, little to no choices. One kind of yogurt, oatmeal packets that were hard, just white bread. Only old apples. Eaten at orher hotels that offer similar breakfast but this was the worse. For $225 a night, and we were there about 7 hours, not worth it.

The hotel was dated but fairly clean. Very limited outlets. The hotel is by the interstate but we didn't hear any road traffic noise. The hotel is close to several fast food restaurants. They are pet friendly for a $25 fee. The reservation fee was reasonable but the sales and bed tax totaled over $50!

There are not many choices around the highway. Yes this is right off the highway. Two floors, no elevator. Think old school motel, however they have since filled in the door on the exterior of your room where you would pull up to and park. The hotel was built in the 70's. You see anyone from families, truckers, road crew staying. Someone was kind enough to dent my brand new car door with their door. The front office locks all their doors in the evening to early morning. Good luck if you need to reach someone in the office. I was trying to go in around 8pm and had to bang on the door to try and get someone to show up. There were others trying to check in. There was a veteran trying to get the price offered on the internet through BW and he was told to go on the internet to do so. The veteran inquired if there were any special pricing for veterans and the. The front desk told him yes. It turned out it was cheaper for a veteran. Not sure this wasn't offered in the first place after banging on the door to get in. The morning I went to check out and banged on the door for a solid 15 minutes, called with no answer and then had to call the corporate number to see if they could reach someone. Surely not a place to be in an emergency. Like I said, it is right off the highway and this highway area is known for drug/human trafficking. When the employee finally opened the door, she didn't even apologize or explain they are short staffed or anything. My top sheet in the room had holes in it, and I most certainly did not walk barefoot in the room. I was told the bar and restaurant have been closed since Covid. Thankfully I had my own blanket and pillow to use which made me sleep a little better. The AC smelled like wet dog. The place definitely needs attention. Oh you know how the employees are locked into the office? Well the doors to get into the hotel for your room are unlocked all day and night. Let's just say I checked out early.
