My target just don't care for rising prices

I used to love this place but it has gone downhill so badly in the last couple years. Not having products on the shelf for like a month or two I can understand but the customer service ... Jesus. This is the only store I've been in where routinely they'll be a line of 20 people stretching down an aisle and the other cashiers instead of helping will either just stand there and stare or walk off. A quick stop is not possible with this place, expect to be in here at least 15 minutes, 14 of those standing in line while one old cashier appears to be moving as slowly as possible on purpose. I'm not even joking, he will start moving slower on purpose if he senses you are frustrated with the lack of service, counting out pennies cartoonishly slow. At least he's nice enough tho. The other workers, ehh, I get it's DT, not chic fil a but all I'm asking is you man your register.

Rude cashier, rude customer service at dollar tree in defuniak springs FL. The line was backed with people all the way to their aisle. I asked is there someone here with you to get the line caught up ? she said yes, paged Sherry who didn't even come to help her! Another dollar tree worker man seen the line was backed up. And just continued to work on putting items out. I put my stuff done and walked out. Dollar Tree in defuniak springs Has lost me as a customer for good! I have two other locations i can visit with better customers service !

They have a lot of nice things, cute stuff for Christmas. But there was only one cashier and a long line to get checked out. Too much time in line.

Great store for picking up party supplies. Most helpful lady ( long graying hair, thin built). She is wonderful and always willing to help. Keep her as she is an asset to this Dollar Tree.
