We have used Firestone many times over the years. The last few times including my vehicle pickup today we have been met with rude and unhelpful staff. Particularly the office staff. My husband dropped my vehicle off yesterday and asked how long it would take and if they would call when it was done. They told us they would call when the job was finished. We were never called. We went back today and sure enough my vehicle was finished. We went inside to pay and pick up. When we questioned why we never got a phone call the woman behind the desk rudely informed us most people just show up. While still finishing our conversation and transaction she answered the phone, handed us our paperwork and shooed us out of the door. In my opinion is you are looking for a well run business that values customer service this is not the place to go.

Nice,respectful and honest people here. This was my first time getting maintenance done on my car since I’ve owned it and it was a good experience. I originally came here to get 4 new tires installed and an alignment but unexpectedly was told I needed new lug nuts,front rotors,and brake pads. BUT with no hesitation i agreed with them because all of them there are honest hard workers. They had my vehicle finished within about 4 hours and even had a waiting area inside that offered free water and tv to watch. Do not hesitate to get bring your vehicle here! They aren’t going to lie to you,they are professionals. Also this place is a first come first serve so choose your time wisely. Thank you Davy and the other great workers here!

On my drive back to MS from Florida, my car alerted me to low tire pressure. I discovered a nail in my tire and thankfully found Firestone in DeFuniak Springs. Never a good thing to have a nail, but when your car is loaded with luggage and you have a dog with you it’s even worse!
They were super nice and incredibly helpful. Within minutes of arriving, Dustin came out to our car and was able to plug the hole where the nail had entered my tire.
Laura at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful . I would highly recommend service here and I really appreciate these people and this business!

Multiple failures to repair my issue. My ceramic breaks “melted” that were replaced a day ago. They no longer care about trust, just making a quick buck.

I like doing business with these folks. Bought tires there for my daughter's car about a month ago, and went back for oil change last week. Davey and his team are very friendly and get the job done.

FIVE STARS, FIVE STARS, FIVE STARS!! THE BEST IN DEFUNIAK SPRINGS. Hands down. I went to another place in town to get my AC fixed in my car. That place quoted me $886 for five hours of labor to replace my blower and my resistor. Told me they’d have to take my dash board apart and they weren’t sure if that would even fix it. I don’t know anything about cars so I was thinking I had to pay that. I’m no feminist, but I’m pretty positive they were very aware that they could tell me anything and I wouldn’t know the difference. I called FIRESTONE and spoke to Mr. Davy, the service manager, and explained to him the issue as well as letting him know that I was not car savy. He was SO KIND and SO THOROUGH. He took into consideration that he knew what to do but that I did not and walked me through EVERY process. Mr. Davy broke down the price for me and told me that it would take a little less than a hour to get it done and that he may not even have to replace my resistor. He said he wouldn’t take any money until he knew exactly the issue so that I could be prepared. He quoted me $450 just to be safe. I was mind boggled with the price difference only to later see it get better. When he fixed it, he said he didn’t have to fix the resistor, it only took an hour, and that made the price go down to $278. I almost paid $608 more than I needed to until I met the KINDEST most RESPECTFUL man to help me. I appreciate it so much that he didn’t take advantage of me and what I did or didn’t know. He treated me like I was his family. He understood that no matter how much money you have, no one wants to waste money. You can feel his genuine energy and his kindest is undeniable. His employees are just as noble and hardworking. FIRESTONE of DEFUNIAK SPRINGS will FOREVER have MY BUSNIESS. I’m eternally grateful for these great people and this AC that I have now because of them!

I’d give ZERO review if I could but unfortunately you must pick at least one. They do NOT keep their word!!! First time we had issues here we thought it was maybe just someone who was new. Nope go back months later and still have issues. Their WORD IS NO GOOD!!! Worth the drive to go somewhere else if you want someone to be honest and have a little integrity!!!

I manage another local business and Firestone went above and beyond to help their customer as far as facilitating their needs being met both in house and outside of a Firestone establishment. Ms. Laura was so kind, patient, helpful, and I would go out of my way to have her as a representative not only here but anywhere. I look forward to driving more customers to this Firestone confident they’ll be taken care of.

initially was satisfied with their work. until i got my tires rotated at a corporate firestone a year later and they found that a lugnut was cross threaded. since this location is not a corporate location, my current issue is not under warranty. super disappointed and would not recommend doing business here since long term issues may occur.
